Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I went to pick up my pizza , there was an employee smoking a cigarette right by the front door!!! I was with my 5 yr old son that really made me disgusted. Not only was he smoking his cigarette at the only front entrance , he as wearing his apron that I'm sure he hasn't changed all day because it was dirty, and I'm sure he didn't plan on changing when he returned to work!! Everyone knows if you smoke cigarettes Im sure that was not the only one he had all day. I have worked in the service industry, besides that I have common sense smoking in your uniform and going back to work is cross contamination!!!! I will never return to this location again. I hope you, OWNER OR MANAGEMENT, get your team straight! This is unacceptable...

I placed the order at 5 40, they told me it was going to 25 minutes. I get there at 6 10. They guy asks for my info and tell me that he can't find my order and if placed it at the right location. I told him yes and it looked like he input the order. But I told him that it was ready and I saw it at the top of the pizza heater. He ignored me and said it was going be ready in a few minutes. 25 minutes pass by and I ask again. I asked Another employee what was going on and they couldn't find my order. I ask the girl to check the two boxes at the top again, just to find out the have been there the whole time. Wasted 30 minutes waiting around for nothing. Just bad communication. I ordered online April 6 2021 They tried double charging me the second charge did not go through I got my pick up order I payed for which was 48.57 the second charge they tried was 51.44 it charged me for the second charge they put on my card on May 15 2021 and put my master card with -51.44 and dropped my credit score some I never got the mysterious 2nd order they charged me for I’ve called the store many times trying to talk to the main boss that runs the store oh call back at 4:00 pm he should be here I call back oh he is not in today I’ve called a lot trying to get in touch with the boss still no help at all and it’s June 3rd I still don’t have my money they charged me for.
