Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Feb 16th 2020 it was 10pm and decided to go in and eat were my Dad wanted to eat.. Taco Bell: Here is my experience.. I just wanted to say that you have excellent employees at this location. This time of night, it appears that things are going wrong with equipment and everyone is ordering the nacho fries, people are getting upset in the drive-thru because their order is not complete. Rude voices are heard through the speakers in the cook and cashier's station. The line for the drive thru is backed up, above it's normal range and you have tired customers that have been on their feet all day.. They don't have time to wait in a line.

I was greatly impressed by the way this team conducted themselves, despite their high stress situation, brought on by the malfunctioning equipment or miscounted supplies. Regardless, the costumer service was outstanding, so I had to make sure to put in a review. I honestly do not like Taco Bell, have always preferred, Del Taco, because of their fries. My order was always missing items when going to Taco Bell after I've already been home and back, I would leave very dissatisfied, wasting more in gas to go back and get the taco then to just forget about ever going back.

I am Glade I went back, Dominique was the one who approached about the fries, if I would like to add a choice of side in it's place, making me feel in control of what I would like to substitute my favorite item with, giving customers a choice brings the tension down and makes a customer feel valued for their time waiting for the missing items or backed up orders.. I had bad experience as I walked in, they didn’t want to take order at register, I asked to use the restroom and lady got mad and said I’ll have someone go open it with attitude rolling her eyes. (Restrooms were filthy, no hand soap idk how employeees wash their hands, and toilet paper on the floor ) Before I grabbed my order I asked for her name and her and her coworker both refused to give out their names and didn’t have name tags. One of the girls said “we don’t have to give out our names” this happened at around 1:30pm on 3-13-2025 . If they don’t like there job definitely should’nt be working at a place you work with people and have to provide customer service . I hope someone can reach out with a solution to this problem because people like those girls shouldn’t work there ! Very upset with food and customer service I would give this place no stars ! WORST PLACE !!! WORST TACO BELL PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THEY WILL RUIN...

I came to try the chicken nuggets, I first received the burnt nuggets they were not eatable as they were very stale and hard when my brother went back to ask for a new batch it took the young lady about 5 minutes in total standing for them to notice him as he kept saying excuse me, we finally received the new batch in about 5 minutes no apologies given, he let them see it and she just shrugged it off. The environment was a bit hostile when I encountered an older woman who wanted to use the restroom as I was watching as she asked about 4 times and was trying to speak up for them to listen, I felt the staff or the young lady making the food was not in a good mood. When environments become hostile it's a moment of no return for me unless I'm in a tight buck or the only place around. I advise that yes you might be exhausted but people come to eat and you get paid for this. A smile and a deep breath doesn't cost anything, especially when dealing with...
