I almost never write a review, but after todays incident I felt compelled to say something. Hopefully this can be used as learning moment and management will eventually try to change their employees terrible attitudes. I walked in to order a simple sandwich and the employees were too busy to notice customers. When they did finally decide to help they asked the last patron who walked on what they wanted to order and ignored everyone else who had been waiting. When this was pointed out an employee rudely explained we all needed to stand in a different place and just continued to ignore customers. All of the other employees were standing around or doing other things. The atmosphere was terrible, the customer service was terrible and I walked out of there without buying anything. This is the second time I have tried to buy a sandwich from this location and a version of this has happened. Im not coming back. Service was good from our female sandwhich artist. The shorter male sandwhich artist was good at preperation. However, while trying to eat my order. I noticed a tall slim male employee proceed to walk outside service staion wearing gloves for preperation. I thought he must be done with there shift. However, that same slim tall male employee proceed to come back wearing same gloves to re-enter establishment and while touching door with said gloves. Which he than proceeded back to the sandwhich work station and proceeded to intiate orders. Without 9washing hands or changing gloves. Come on completely disgusting!!! It made me secound guess eating further and completely repulsed. Not that all employees there are acountable for that selfish one, yet I have to be honest. Yes, this is the 2nd time I visited the store. Placed my order by phone and both times I have felt rushed. I ordered a BLT both times and I was under the impression that I should know how they were made. My BLT had mayo and I paid for extra bacon. All that was good however, I was only given a couple of slivers of lettuce and tomatoes. When I went up to the counter to get my Order I seen that there was a fly just hanging about the food; I was gonna just walk out. But I decided since I could not prove that the fly was on my food I’ll receive the order this time but will not return.
