Jollibee — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I rarely give a five star, but I have to say I’ve never been disappointed here, and except one time they were sold out of the family size spaghetti at the end of the day, which was not on them. I legitimately don’t like fast food burgers, but their Angus cheeseburger is the best burger I’ve had in town that didn’t cost over $25. They have great customer service and good staff, everything is supremely clean and you can feel the good energy in The whole experience from how you interact to your food. I don’t think I will get any other drive-through burger in this town after having one here. The bun is so good and I don’t even really love bread. The meat is seasoned perfectly and it’s made to order not premade. So whether you go there for the chicken, which is the crispiest freshest, most flavorful chicken, or the unique sides like the jolly spaghetti, which is literally delicious or an actual traditional burger and fries you will be happy if you know good food! Mac and cheese is so so good and so cheesy!!! I am not paid by them. I just really appreciate the experience I have there and I want them to stay around so if I can be honest with you guys about how good it is and encourage you to give it a try and support their business it would be great. I love rewarding people for the effort they put into their job because a lot of people in this town don’t put so much effort in or care into it and you can tell because you end up with a bad experience so I’m all for supporting those who do put that effort in. This store had a rough start, but it’s truly come a long way because I have not had chicken like this before EVER.

I got a very large order and even then they only forgot 1 drink. Their service was really upbeat and they moved urgently so it wasn’t a hassle to ask and get the drink. Our order came at a reasonable 15 minutes and they came bagged neatly packed. Received every piece of chicken crispy and juicy like no other. Their pies and drink options (specifically non coca-cola/pepsi drinks) always smack.Their chicken sandwiches are deceivingly simple, but I’d still recommend upgrading to a deluxe or even the bacon&cheese chicken sandwich. Highly recommend the spicy option if you’re into that, the spice level is just hot enough 👌. All of their sides are good too, but personally I’d like more salt seasoning on the fries. Filipino sweet spaghetti is always a nice addition, but my main focus is the fried flippin’ chicken :).
