McDonald's — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Was a lil thirsty last night so we decided to hit the drive-thru over at this McDonald's/Chevron. Was feeling like a kid again and we asked for some Hi-C. The worker said they didn't have any and we would have to go inside and order the drink or any other specialty drink. We were so infuriated for a few minutes because we were already ordering and 6 other cars behind us as they were pretty packed! She meant to tell us that the drink station with the specialty flavors were in their lobby, so!? "Shruging"-They can't go around the counter and fill the drinks up for customers or cannot afford to have another machine in the back to hold those drinks as well!!! This place is trash I tell ya! We didn't end up giving this crooked McDonalds any spare change so we left. The owners of this place should reconsider to consider about their customers needs and wants. You know which place does an outstanding job at their restaurant chain? Carl's Jr. across the street next to Wells Fargo Bank. Out of all the Carl's Jr's. here in town this store is #1 in the District for having meet all the standards! Not only are they #1 the food prepared is always on par and the customer service is impeccable! Cudos to "all" the well drinks you can get at the drive-thru and in their lobby! They have Hi-C, grape, orange, orange vanilla, fruit punch, cherry, raspberry and many more! Yeah that's what took place...

They usually forget items (sauces, straws, extra sausages,drinks, fries,hashbrowns)at this mcdonalds i have probrably given them a ton of free money for items i never received and why do they always stress about what kind of sauce you want if they are not going to give it to you, but tonight Horrible experience went in the drive through yeah they where busy i didn't mind waiting for a few minutes for my order, they first gave me a watered down coffee i called them since i was outside waiting for my food the girl answers and tells me i have to bring it inside so they could re-make my coffee i was like that defeats the purpose of a drive through so whatever i was not going to get off. so like 17 min later the guy brings my food and a new coffee to the car and said he originally gave me the wrong coffee i was like ok as long as i get the right one i don't really care. I go home and my artisan chicken sandwich is hard and stiff like its from hours ago. I normally don't return anything but i was upset at this point i tried calling them no answer, i go back and the guy there was nice apologized and gave me my money back he didn't even open the box to look at the chicken. What makes me mad is i waited for like 17 minutes and i couldn't even get fresh cooked food i was so mad i had to go back that i was not even...

We came to this McDonald’s to have a meal after I had gotten here from Missouri. My girlfriend had said good things about this McDonald’s and she frequents it often. Tonight we were rudely ignored along with multiple other customers and cars (6/7 cars). We arrived during operation hours (9:30) they were open and as stated on the window when we called we were ignored and when we drove to the window we were ignored there were two guys inside and they just looked and laughed and would not help us and just stood there with all the lights on and the drive thru open. Very disappointed in this terrible service something needs to be done for the people who waited with our any help. TERRIBLE customer service. Will be contacting the managers of this location and...
