I made my order and paid for it this morning and didn't receive it until 23-25mins after I paid for it, people who didn't even start their order until after mine had been paid for and I was waiting for my food got theirs food before me and then I had to ask what was going on and then it still took 5mins for them to figure it out and then they brought it to me with the large Carmel frap not full melted and collapsed missing the 3 chocolate chip cookies and my lrg Sprite/lemonade slushy they said it was frozen so they bagged up my cookies didn't warm them which made them instead of warm they were hard and then after I got a refund for the lrg sprite/lemonade and then got home and still something is wrong I opened my bag and then find out my sandwich is wrong so I don't even get an apology when I'm telling the manager Antonio what happened he says to come back on my time my dime and then he just wanted to replace my incorrect sandwich so after waiting a small eternity as people who hadn't begun their orders until after I had paid and was waiting had gotten their food and were gone I finally asked after standing their for close to a half hour what the issue was then they bring it to me half of the whole thing missing and then when I explained to them everything they hand me a not full lrge frapp which is more like a medium since it wasn't full with the coolwhip on a cold drink melted and collapsed from sitting to long and even then is an inch or more from the top of the cup not the dome lid from sitting for a long period obviously they still didn't have the cookies in the bag had to wait for them to bag them up they weren't warm they were hard and then I was told the machine was frozen and I could wait or get a different drink I asked for the money back on the drink for the lrge Sprite lemonade because I didn't want anything else and they gave me it minus the tax but just handed me the $3.19 but i just wanted to get out of there after waiting for mt order for longer than anyone should have to wait and they didn't offer me anything not a coupon not an extra hash brown or a cookie to get home and find that my my mcgriddle was wrong and missing all of the egg my food no longer warm no attempt at so much as an apology over the phone they only reaction was wanting to know when I was coming back to the restaurant to get my sandwich made correct I wasn't yelling didn't raise my voice or cuss or mistreat any staff I had to point out that they didn't even say sorry about all of this nothing that was unexcusable waste of my time and money with veryt poor service and I will be contacting the district manager to complain about the entire experience in a restaurant that was fully staffed and I did everything except cook and bag it myself I normally never write reviews because no ones perfect and I have been there before myself we all have our bad days but this experience is at the very top of all time terrible service with lil to no effort and zero responsibility for the lack of customer service and the outrageous amount of time it took to receive it incorrectly and poor quality half missing I will not be going back after today, what a terrible eay to start out a Sunday morning very disappointed not worth spending our hard earned money either just a all together disappointing waste of time and energy at the end of the day it feels like I worked harder than they did just to deal with getting the food I paid for this is sadly the new normno customer service no responsibility no respect no honor in doing a good job or treating people who are the reason you get paid and have a job with common courtesy and respect the bare minimum maentality period its disgusting and sadly its the new normal everywhere you seem to go...
Read moreI dont eat McDonald's but when I do, it's a Sausage biscuit and this time I ordered 2 came to $5.17, well the food tasted old and I didn't understand how because it was still morning when i came in. It was 9:40 am. when I got there becuz I had to be at work at 10 am. The biscuits was really, really hard on the outside but Simi soft in the middle but still on the verge of being solid not soft. The Sausage was cooked but taste like it was made right when the McDonald's open up at 5 or 6 am. I was not happy and that made me not want to ever eat there again because that's all I eat there and you messed that up too for me. Step it up an do better McDonald's like for real, for real becuz you want to raise the price but not the quality of the food it's not right and it's not fair. I would have took it back but I didn't have time because of work but I really think that's their tactics becuz they know most people are on there way to work and can't come back. So they take advantage of this opportunity to serve old food....

The horns blowing were the other customers saying Im over here because none of the stalls have a number but stall # 1.
