I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on August 25, 2024. I placed my first mobile order at 7:22 PM, but when I got home, I discovered that my order was missing McDoubles. I returned to the store, requested fresh food since it had been about 30 minutes since my initial order, but the manager declined to make it fresh due to the quantity of food. Instead, I was given a refund.
I placed a second mobile order at 8:22 PM, and after waiting for over 45 minutes, I approached the counter to inquire about my order. I was told that my order had been canceled, which was incorrect as only the first order had been canceled. When I questioned this, the manager, Gloria, became very unprofessional, yelling and screaming at me in front of my children. She refused to assist me further and walked away when I requested a refund, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated.
The entire ordeal lasted from 7:22 PM to 9:30 PM, which is an unacceptable amount of time for what should have been a simple order. Additionally, I witnessed other customers expressing their dissatisfaction during this time, which further indicates that there may be broader issues at this location.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that steps are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I believe that no customer should be treated in the manner that I was, and I hope that appropriate action is taken regarding the behavior of the staff involved.

They had their drive-thru barricaded, both of their entrances were locked, no employees were ignoring me, and they wouldn't pick up their phone (I called twice and let it ring until it was disconnected). The order was sitting there on the counter. Yet, the order still had to be cancelled because the employees are lazy
Since the order was cancelled, it got reassigned to another deliverer. I saw the individual try to go and pick up the order but an employee went to the door and turned them away.
While I was watching that happen, I got another order for that same McDonald's. Now that I knew there are people inside, I waited. I had to wait maybe another 5 minutes for somebody to waddle up front and bring the first order I had. But the one that I was now assigned to wasnt ready.
There ended up being three total deliverers (including myself) waiting for ANY ONE to answer the door. Obviously y'all are making food if there're bags on the counter now how is anyone supposed to pickup if your doors are locked, drive thru closed, you ignore the phone and anyone standing by the door
Don't go here. Don't order here. Don't waste your time. Employees are lazy. Can't answer the phone or explain why you're refusing service to people. Piss-poor customer service. But what can you expect from McDonald's here...

I order 6 McDoubles and other items from the menu. When I got home i was short 2 McDoubles. Honestly it is not that difficult to count how many items that are in a bag when you hand it to the customer. I was a manager for a McDonalds before. It’s not that difficult if you are paying attention to what you are doing. The staff at the window were too busy chatting it up. This not the first time, majority of the time the staff is too busy talking to one another instead of paying attention to the customer and their orders. Also the meat in all the sandwiches was old past their expiration time. The reason why I know this, like I mentioned before, I have experience working at McDonald’s restaurant before in the past. Going forward, I will not be visiting this McDonald’s anymore. I will be looking for another McDonald’s some where else.
