OMG! What a $#!+ show this was the other night. First the night manager is the worst. How rude this guy was just unbelievable. It wasnt terribly busy but the drive thru in slow motion. When we got to the wondow part of our food was already there and we had already waited 15 in the drive thru. The manager was working the window very subparly and was talking to one of the employees he turns around and grabs the rest of our food and hands it to me and was back to his conversation. We didnt get naokins and asked for them and he actually looked like it upset him because of the request. Well we got them and decide to eat right the in my car. We discover our fries were cold and would normally just let it be but he already had taken our time so we went back through the drive thru and explained why we came back through and when we got to the window he gives us the total for two fries. I hand him the first set and told him i just told him we had cold fries and we are back to trade for hot ones. This man grabs the fries throws them with great force then grabs the new fries and practically throws them at me and turns around with no word spoken. Its hard to put into words without sounding petty but had you experienced it, it would feel angry like I did. Read moreThe food is the star here. And the workers are in no way or any shape or form the star. First the gentleman taking my my families order. He couldn't be finished with us fast enough or any customers for that matter. However he did get most of the order right minus the size of one meal. Now the lady at the next window was even worse. She just started throwing stuff at us all. Didn't tell us what any of what she was handing us was. As we had to inspect our all bags for ourselves. Seeing how we had 2 separate orders. And when we pointed out the size in a meal was off. Well it wasn't the most pleasant experience to say the the very least. But after she had a chuckle with manager about the situation. And apparently no one there knew how to operate anything including the manager. That's all pertaining to the drink machine. Which they didn't know I was there when said drink machine was installed. Or did they not know even know how to do the basics with it like giving light ice. Something that is really easy to input in the system of the machine. But at least the food was hot. But that all falls on the cooks. Hence my 3 star rating as the cooks smashed the order outta the park. But took 2 stars off for the customer service. Read moreI've tried to give this McDonalds a fair shake, but this makes three times in a row they've gotten something wrong on my order. I now have a collection of free meal cards, but at some point, you have to ask yourself why keep going back to continue getting poor service and inaccurate orders?
I'm not going to go into detail, but basically I had to return once for a missing food item... AFTER I specifically asked them if everything was there.
Second time, they had me pull into a waiting space and, after 15 minutes, I walk in to find out they gave my order to a different car. Then I listened as they joked about it. Not even attempting to be discreet which really bothered me.
Last night, they charged me for more food than they put into my bag. I haven't even bothered to call them this time because I'm done with them at this point.
Lastly, don't even try to go to this McDonalds within 10 minutes of the drive thru closing because if you're waiting in line, they will shut the menu lights off at closing and will not respond... these are just the instances that stand out.
I like to think I'm a pretty patient and understanding person, but at some point, you've got to be accountable as a business for the service you are providing....
