Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Completely shocked.. I was talking to my friend online when I saw the awful reviews on this place and shared with my friend (Cathy) that I was going to order a pizza from here and couldn't wait to leave a devastating review. I ordered a at the time special that was a any size any toppings pizza for only 10 bucks. I was told it was going to be ready by 7:05, but that was only in 15 minutes. Sure enough, when I got there, it had been ready for about one minute. The service was great and the workers were very up beat. I thought I would share the news with them about how they had such bad reviews and while being in their state of shock, the phone kept ringing. When I mentioned the phone ringing and that is was one of the reasons why they had single star ratings, they shared with me that though the phone rings also in the front, they are answered in the back by other employs! So, I have to give them five stars on everything. I am only getting my pizza here for now on. Plus the Pizza Hut white lane ALWAYS makes to many mistakes with EVERY order anyways. (Plus they have stupid drivers that forget you drinks and peppers 100% of the time. really, out of 15 times...

I placed an online order for pick up. The food was great, but my son, who picked it up, experienced a situation. So after it was picked up, I received an email to rate my experience. Based on his issue, I rated it and shared my concern. The very next day, the manager of the Panama location contacted me to address the issue. Her name is Destiny. She was extremely kind and informative and helped clear up any and all confusion. I am so impressed that an organization went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. We rarely get that these days. It was so nice that they would take the time to help us understand their policies and their concern for customer satisfaction. These are the establishments that I value! She even offered a free dessert but I refused because that's not what i was looking for but it was nice that she would even offer. I wish i could give this establishment negative 5 stars. Ive been ordering pizza from here since it first opened and never had an issue til today. I paid 20 dollars for the hardest most stale pizza ever made. On top of that it was cold and salty. Couldnt place my order online for some reason so i called it in. Took them an hour to deliver it and when they did they forgot the sauces i had ordered. I called the restaurant to see if they could have the driver come back but they were rude and the driver took soooooo long that the pizza was gone. She never came. Needless to say, i called them to get a refund on the sauces and they were very rude about it like it was my fault or like if i was bothering them. The guy said ill give u $3 refund n hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! TERRIBLE...
