WOW! read these reviews and said okay lets give it a try.. ordered a burrito and combo #9 for my girlfriend... first of all the lady in charge was a bit rude she said we couldn;t sit on one side of the building saying it was closed i mean if the customer wants to sit there then whats the problem?.. it looked open to me but i guess a high chair was there to say it was closed... on second we moved closer and got our food started eating.. then my girlfriend says "eww theres a hair on the rice and beans" after almost finishing her food so at this point im a little mad already for the ladies rudeness so i tell the lady what can we do my girlfriend just found a hair in her food she says no before even looking then shes like oh yeah im sorry i can either give you your money back or serve you another plate i mean if i had a restaurant i would did the most i can to please my customers i woulda done a full refund on our whole order plus a brand new plate for my girlfriend and say its on the house.. but that wasnt the case but hopefully they get a chance to read this I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN only went because my favorite place was...

First visit- unsatisfied with the service, staff, accuracy of the order, and quality of food.

The cashier was nice enough but clearly looked annoyed that I was struggling with an initial choice. His demeanor wasn't any better for a friend of mine that ordered after me but surprisingly lit up when a seemingly "regular" patron showed up.

Second, the take out meal took longer than others that arrived significantly later. Got home only to realize both my order was poorly made and my friends "Chile verde" was dry carnitas only. My combo was meat with watery flavorless sauce & subpar in comparison to the clearly over exaggerated pictures of perfection. For the price & tardiness, expectations we're not met.

Lastly, just to be picky- could the small plastic sauce containers be any smaller?! Way to expedite to go orders with handy ready made to toppings. With such glowing service & such a poor first impression, doubtful that I'll ever return much less recommend it to...

First off, a big thank you to Lupita at La Fonda Auto Mall! I’ve been a regular here for about 15 months, and in that time I’ve easily spent over $1,000 goes without saying the food taste good. Recently, I had an issue with my order, and Lupita went above and beyond to make it right. She took full ownership, handled the situation with grace, and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Businesses are defined by how they respond when things don’t go perfectly, and Lupita’s customer service was phenomenal. Every visit, the entire staff is welcoming and attentive, but Lupita truly stands out. Thank you, Lupita—I’ll definitely be back soon!

Love the food here! The menudo is by far some of the best I’ve ever had they do a pretty good job cleaning. The waitress here are also super nice and attentive. Other food I’ve tried here are the Chile rellenos and fajitas. The chorizo burrito is ok...
