Rosa's Traditional Peruvian Food — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I walked over from a nearby tire shop and thought this restaurant was gone, because there was no sign outside. I decided to try Los Hermanos instead and was surprised when I was given a menu for Rosa's. There were several options on the menu that I was not familiar with. I decided to try the Tallarin Saltado. It was a beef,/veggie/noodle stir fry dish. When it arrived I was presented with a fairly large portion, along with a bottle of green salsa. I put a small amount of salsa on the plate and tried it. We love the food so that’s the only reason we keep coming back lol.. but it seems like if u aren’t part of their little community of people they don’t bother to help you, you can literally stand there and they don’t acknowledge you. We have came at different times and weren’t able to get seated their friends come and sit themselves and get attended first. This day we had to wait til they were all done eating to get our food made, all chefs were on lunch at the same time I guess. Customer service is non existent in this place. Just make sure...

Great food! Good service most of the time. Though if you aren't one of their group some of the servers will just straight up ignore you. So rude! On the other hand, other servers have been really great and attentive. If you don't mind a wait, this is definitely a good low-key spot with some good...
