Great management. Much better than adult store on Ming. Excellent customer service. Great product knowledge. 10/10

Long Version I bought a $300 item online, but it didn’t come with maintenance items. So I start making calls.

First, I called the adult store on Ming: Girl answers. I tell her I’m looking for two products and would like to know if she carries them. She puts me on hold for at least 10 minutes, but does check in so I know she didn’t forget. Someone else picks up, and after confirming that she has the products, she refuses to have them ready at the counter to make it a quick trip (I’d like to not be seen at an adult store like many of you). Her attitude sounded like she was too good for her own shoes.

Frustrated at the thought of digging through sexual products (that others have touched on Ming Ave. eww!) to figure out the right one, I call Fun Zone on Stine: I’m greeted by a cheerful manager who sounds pleased that I called and proceeds to put a smile on my face. First, she offers advice that saved me $30. I know now that this store has great people. After explaining the other items that I need, I ask if she would please pick a stong brand and have them at the register so I can just get there and pay. She agrees, and as promised has them ready when I arrive. Her employees, two young females, were just as friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I love it when I am treated well like this, and will definitely recommend this store to anyone who likes a great, fast, discreet customer experience. Thank God that someone in this town still knows how to hire!...

This is going to be a lengthy post so bear with me and read. One of the worst plays to be able to get permission to take pictures of male pills products from the evening employees that work here, even if I have the license to take these type of pictures here from the company I work for that shows I'm an intern. I offered them $50 for me to take pictures of a certain product. There's nothing illegal about taking pics of a product at a store, people do it all the time, private or public property or not, just as long as you don't take a picture of random people without their consent, or if you take a picture of the entire store then that's another problem. Know your laws and privileges, idiots. Anyway, here's the problem that I have, you see... I'm currently a college student that's doing an internship for a pharmaceutical research company where I have to go to about 30 different stores in Bakersfield that sell male enhancement pills that's due next week and these guys don't allow for whatever strange reason. And no matter how hard I try to convince these idiots that work here and try to talk to the store manager or owner they still won't allow me to. What kind of idiots do these employees think they are? But that's okay, they're only getting paid $10 minimum wage to maybe like $15 max an hour anyway, I'll be making a substantial amount more than these lowlifes. It's unacceptable type of service they provide here. Not very welcoming either. I recommend people not to go here, a bunch of lowlife...

My hubby came in for some stuff (a list of specifics) and had a great experience. Thank you Savannah for being so chill and helping him feel comfortable. You're awesome!!!
