At 1st The Food Was Good BUT Then When I Started To Eat More Over There , It Became Not So Satisfying . I LOVE Chile Verde Burritos . It's One Of My Favorite Foods . I've Eaten Chile Verde Burritos At Any Mexican Place I Can Find . Mind You , It's Damn Near ALL I Eat When I Go To Mexican Spots Cus I'm Kinda Addicted Lol After A While Eating From Taco Pronto In Bakersfield They Switched Up On How They Made Their Burritos Always All The Time . I've Had 3 Chile Verde Burritos , NEVER Change Anything On My Order && I've Had Gotten 3 Different Burritos From There . Last Burrito I Order Which Is TONIGHT . I Ordered...Wait... PAID For Extra Sour Cream && Sauce On Top Which Cost EXTRA . I Didn't Get Any Of That . Matter Of Fact . I Gotten EXTRA Cheese That WASN'T MELTED Which Is Gross To Me . && Barely Meat . Plus It Started To Taste Like Some Kind Of Fragrance . && Never In My History Of Life , Have I Had Food That Tasted Like Fragrance . Strange Right .? After That I Couldn't Take Anymore , Threw MY Money Away In The Trash . Didn't Finish It Which Is HUGE For Me . Idk What Is Going On In There But I Know For A FACT Something Ain't Right . Will Never Eat At Taco Pronto Anymore Like I Stopped Eating At Don Pepe's When They STARTED Putting HARD LEAVES In Their Burritos Smh After YEARS Of Satisfaction . Said It Was For Flavor && They've Been Doing It . I've Spent HUNDREDS On Don Pepe's && It Wasn't Because Of Their Hard Leaves .lol Smh It's Sad To Lose A Very Loyal Customer .

Ordered online. Paid $10 for a build your own burrito. It arrived, and looked so good, was huge! However when I cut into it the burrito it had none of the ingredients I ordered. Guacamole, onion, salsa, cheese was all missing. Just rice beans and chicken inside. I called to speak with a manager. Maria took the call and argued with me that the guy making it said he put a whole onion in it. I said all ingredients are missing. I told her I would send a pic since she seemed to think I was lying. She said they only have the business line, and offered no solution to my problem with my order . She seemed like she wasnt willing to help. I told her she needed to do something. She offered $2 off my next order, I don't plan to order from them again. I said I paid $10, I either want it remade and delivered correctly, or bring the missing items because Im hungry. She said she would send a driver with the ingredients but she doesnt know how long it will be before I get them. Now Im sitting here waiting while my food gets cold for for knows how long. She n once said sorry or anything indicating fault for the messed up order. Worst customer service! They don't care about their customers, obviously, based on the reviews of this place. I placed an order on GrubHub and it never showed. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one answered. Do they ever answer their phone? I even confirmed they were open. The restaurant confirmed that my order was received and started. I tried tracking my order but nothing would track...only an update that my order was on the way. No one ever showed. An hour and half later (with a one hour ETA) GrubHub said that the restaurant marked my order as delivered. What a fraud. My neighbors, who have an address close to mine, received nothing. I have purchased from them in the past with no real opinion but this last experience was the final straw. I do not recommend this place. They obviously don't care about their customers time and money. Customer service is non existent. I'd give zero...
