I visited the Calloway/Hageman location at 12:15pm on Sunday Feb 19th. There were 5 cars in front of me when I pulled up. I started my stopwatch on my phone to see what the wait was like. I was served my food at the window at 37mins and 38 seconds. The girl who helped me apologized as soon as I stopped at drive thru window. I've been to the White Ln location numerous times and NEVER waited anywhere near that amount of time. Only place in town I wait that long for gladly is Luigis. The food was GREAT! I had the Pastrami burger with cheese, fries and a soda. I also ordered a side of zucchini. The fries are crinkle cut with seasoning. The burger was loaded like I ordered it. The zucchini is the darker brown outer layer and was excellent. They have a sign on the drive thru window stating they charge 50 cents for extra ranch. Also I noticed a couple a lady with 2 kids and another couple and 2 kids who came up as I was in line on the "patio side" Only the first couple had been served by the time I made it to the drive thru. The drive thru is just one side and walkup on the other. They have 3 tables on a cement slab on the walkup side and it appears they will be erecting a patio cover with materials on the ground near this area. This place does it's best to uphold its slogan of "Quality you can trust...freshness you can taste" by bringing you a decent range of both meat/poultry lover & Vegan friendly meals, tons of flavor await your taste buds. For sweets, I do recommend you trying out their Swirls 😋😋

note: wait times do vary, I recommend you ask staff directly for contact information after your first visit here to avoid the stress of simply "waiting in line". This place has a window for walk-up orders, but I don't recommend it too much as staff is doing their best to serve drive thru & Call-before-pick-up orders. Please be mindful & considerate as to realize that maybe the owner underestimated how busy his business would be because even the owner himself works the floor & he may be the one taking your order from time to time. It was my first time their & I wont be going back or referring to any of my friends or family . The drive threw cashier who took our order kept rolling her eyes like if omg what else . Then we ask if we could get a bag of ice we paid 5 $ for and she brought it to us in store bags all open so unsanitary. Your supposed to put it the ice bags especially for the ice that they have advertised right as you pay picture clear as day dont know if she was screwing with us or what . Then they gave us our fries she handed us I bag then took off again for 4 min then other 2 bags omg . The fries must of been grease because the brown bags they put them in were soaked couldnt even set them down because grease or oil or whatever they use would of stained my car my clothes and everyone else in car .
