Starbucks — Restaurant in Bakersfield

This morning was crazy busy and these poor ladies making drinks were so incredibly stressed because people were rude and they were just trying to get orders out. As I got my last drink, the lady handed it to me and she was shaking. My heart sank straight to the floor. I've worked in customer service so I completely understood her stress. I told them they were all doing a great job then rushed to work. The whole time they had a smile behind their masks, sweet and friendly, did their best to fix orders that were wrong and did so in as quickly as they possibly could as orders flooded in. No! Don't even think about getting a drink at 7:55pm because Missy is cleaning up and leaving because they close at 8pm, not 11pm. I had to buy a frap from the store while I watched her clean up.
