I have been going to this place for a while, I go into work early in the morning and I always need some caffeine to get my day started. However this past year it went from 3 visits a week, to one, to every other week, to once a month, to once every other month. It began when I would order ahead through the app (about 15-20 minutes ahead) early in the morning and my drinks were not ready when I got there. Which it did bother me but I understood that they were busy. The problem was when my drinks were missing the expresso shots, or the extra pumps of syrups, or when the would give me regular milk instead of almond/oatmilk. Now when you customize your drinks on the app, you get charged for just about everything! There were times when my regular $7 drinks came out to almost $10 and it was frustrating getting to work and realizing they gave me regular milk, or they wouldn't add the extra shots, or extra syrups I ordered. So I started going to a different coffee place nearby. -I just recently went back and tried a simple drink (didn't customized it that much) to see if the service was better but I was so disappointed. I did asked for signature expresso shots and light ice because it was early in the morning and a little cold outside. First, my order was placed about 15min ahead and when I got there they had not started on it. It took them about 4-5 minutes to get my drink started, I was the only one inside but they did have ppl in the drive-thru and when they handed me my drink, it wasn't filled to the top. I don't know if it was because i asked for light ice or if they ran out of almond milk, also I'm pretty sure I got the blonde expresso instead of the signature expresso. I attached a picture..... Twice now, I have been waiting in the drive thru to order 20 mins prior to closing and by the time I get up to the speaker (and others cars before and after me), the gal says, "We're backed up on orders right now so we're no longer taking any for the night." What is wrong with management?! Why not do like ANY OTHER FUNCTIONING COMPANY and put a worker out there telling folks they are no longer serving so we're not all waiting in line wasting our time only to be told 20 mins later you're closed?! Or even, A CONE, literally blocking the drive thru?! How hard is that? I come here almost daily and this has now irritated me beyond belief twice now, I will NEVER be coming back to this location. Always backed up, always understaffed. Management, go ahead and tell the crew that the blonde that orders the Venti Iced Mocha with soy milk and strawberry foam that drives the Cadi and tips y'all EVERY time she comes through the drive thru, that she will no longer be seeing any of them, unless they work at another Starbies. Hopefully the better functioning Starbies push this one out of business, because they don't deserve any. Get a clue about customer service. Read moreSo today is I decide to go to Starbucks I normally do come to this location. I never really have a terrible service or bad food. They always get my order right except for ones where they gave me too much ice but I said OK. It’s one mistake so today we decided to get Starbucks before school and we got in line and they had a new guy taking the orders. He just needs to improve on hearing the customer but overall he had a good demeanor, a nice smile and he was very helpful, but I did not appreciate the service at the window and I am going to give the name her name was Carly with a K she didn’t even greet me with her smile she didn’t greet me even look at me. She just said what I had on my order and she gave me the machine to put my card in and then when I asked her, oh I can’t see she said we’ll just move it the way you want it, but it wasn’t with a nice tone and I just felt like she was very robotic so in the future, I would probably suggest for her not to be at the window and then when she gave me the drinks, there was something wrong in my order.
