I am astounded at what just took place here. I booked a "room" for my daughter's second birthday. I got a room so we didn't have to worry about a bunch of two year olds running out of the door or getting hurt. When I got there I was disappointed to see they put us in a section with tables that was open to the rest of the place. They nicely accommodated us by moving us when the other party left. Nobody took our old spot mind you. We put a 50 dollar deposit down and was told we would get what wasn't used back. Being a single mother and throwing a party on my own I forgot about the deposit and used cash. So when I called a couple days later they said they had it. When I went to pick it up the Manager Josh said they gave it to someone from the party. When I asked who he said my husband. I don't have a husband. So when I asked why would they do that and not check ID he blamed me and said it was our fault for constantly switching rooms. We moved once and nobody took our place. Which shouldn't matter at all because you should have only given it to the person having the party!!! He continued blaming me and said next time.....I stopped him there and said there wouldn't be a next time and I'm telling my friend who was going to have a party here not to. He then has the audacity to say good we don't need your business. I wish there was a minus star button...

This is one of the worst pizza places I’ve ever been to. We ordered a Chili Verde Pizza for $35.50 and the Salad Bar for $7.50 with a Medium drink for $2.99, and finally a side of ranch for 75¢ totaling over $50.
They made us go to the counter to pick up our own pizza, the Chili Verde was cheap (you can tell it came from a can) and was pale in comparison to their location in Porterville. The Salad was nice, but paying nearly $8 for a salad and being limited to serve yourself ONE TIME is absolutely ridiculous.
The owner is inconsiderate and was spending more time talking to his friend that came in than even taking our order.
For your money, you’re better off driving down to the Porterville location.
0/5, maybe they should spend more money on staffing and food quality than the...
Read moreAbout 5:30 pm, Saturday, November 9th, my family and I ordered a pizza at Tony's on Coffee in Bakersfield. After 45 minutes we asked a waitress to check on our pizza. She could not find it, and stated that she did not send the order. I asked to speak to the manager. Instead of getting her she said, "she's over there." I explained the situation to the manager. She struggled to find the order and asked me if I had a bank statement. ? She then stated that the order had been sent, they just lost the ticket. She came to our table and gave us a receipt that showed a voided transaction. She did not offer anything, just said, sorry 'bout that. Not only did we have bad service, the restaraunt was a mess and the bathrooms were filthy. It's too a shame because their pizza is very good, but the lack of customer service has lost...
