The service was pretty bad but the food was great. We suspect our server was new, but she was really struggling. When we walked in, it was a bit awkward as we were unsure if to sit ourselves or wait to be seated. The server looked up at us and just went back to what she was doing at the counter without any acknowledgement. Once we sat down, we asked her for napkins as the table we’d sat at had none, and after about 20mins, we just swapped napkins with a different table and 10mins after that the server brought us the napkins. We had to ask her for items multiple times too. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and this was one of the few places that actually provided plentiful shrimp, so that was great! Our first time here and most likely our last. I ordered a mojarra that was ok, but the fries and rice were placed under my fish, so the fries were super soggy. I at the mojarra with the salad. I like putting a lot of lemon and Valentina. Rice would have been ok if placed on the side, not under the fish. The atmosphere was fun bc they had karaoke and dj. We went on Sunday evening, and it was pretty packed. I would not go back for the reason that it's expensive and we wasted a lot of food for how they placed it. After going to have lunch with my friends for mother's Day the service here wasnt very pleasant I asked to change my piña colada because it tasted too much like alcohol and they were hesitant about it so they went on an made me another one and when it comes time to pay my tab the waiter decided to "try" to make me pay for both of the piña coladas when I didn't even drink the first one & she said the owners told her to charge me for both they definitely need better customer service as business's owners you need to Know how to keep your customers and definitely charging me for something I didn't drink is not going to make me want to go back! and the waiter definitely needs better customer...
