Worst service, the waitress was worried about flirting with the men at the bar. Took forever to come to desk and take our order, we rec'd a beeper, got our food-the order was incorrect (ordered veggie tacos but received shrimp tacos) the waitress acted like it was my fault and wrinkled her nose at veggie, saying, in a disturbed manner, you don't want shrimp? Then we saw our food sitting and sitting waiting for it to be delivered to our table. I had to ask for the difference in $$ to be refunded. She said "oh, ok". Only my 2nd time to eat at a Fuzzy. First time was in Mesquite. The food was delicious in Mesquite but not in Black Springs. We had to clean our own table. Seriously clean our own table during a Pandemic when CLEAN should be #1. The staff, one particular man looks like he walked in from a homeless shelter. His jeans were falling off, with the pockets ripped and hanging off, filthy. Shirt was supposed to be white. It was so grungy. He was carrying what appeared to be a jug of colored water toward the kitchen. Wish I had seen before I ordered or before I ate, I would have turned and promptly left. Awful location, the service, food, staff, and environment, need major improvement. Don't go,...
Read moreI've visited multiple Fuzzy's locations throughout Texas and have always had good experiences. This particular location was the complete opposite of my previous experiences.
When my wife and I arrived, the girl who was behind the counter didn't greet us. She just looked at me until I started giving her my order. Once I finished with my order she looked at me and said, "what else?" My wife had a question about something on the menu, but when she went to ask the question, the girl walked away from the register to help the bartender find a bottle. When she returned, again, no words, just a stare until my wife gave her order.
Typically the food is out within 5 minutes or so of ordering. This visit we waited at least 15 minutes for the food to come out. The food was good enough, pretty much the same as at other Fuzzy's locations, but I've never had to wait that long before. If we had not already paid at the register when we placed our order, we would have walked out and gone somewhere else.
The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the older lady who was running the food to the tables. She was nice and apologetic for the wait time. She had a good attitude and was the lone bright spot in this...
Read moreI tried giving you all a 2nd chance but this was an epic fail. First off, the menu prices are incorrect, you actually charge more than what is on the menu and when I inquired about this the waitress/bartender had an attitude about it and said it was an old menu. I requested my ticket be rang up for the amount that was on the menu, she continued to have a bad attitude. In addition when ordering a drink, I specified the drink I wanted but she gave me something different and then charged me for it, again, she had an attitude. The manager corrected the receipt but never came over to apologize. So I'm here a second time, and again, they give me an old menu with lower prices and then charge me more, this particular young lady was pleasant. I get my food and the rice is cold. I sent it back to be warmed up and the lady returned it to me with the melted plastic lid on top. This is the ONLY Fuzzy's that I have had this experience with. It's unacceptable and need to do better. I will not be back to this one even though it's only about 2 miles from my home. Also these so-called price increases that are not on the menu are not the same at the other Fuzzy's on Midway....
