Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

I love this location but today I ordered through DoorDash, nothing wrong with the freshness or taste of the meal it was the crazy experience I witness while enjoying my sandwich. I ate the first half and the chips perfectly fine and everything was great. When I start the second half I’m enjoying it and it’s good but then at the last minute, last bite, a bone jumps out of no where almost choking me after chewing a bit on the food. It was scary because I was thinking about when I was feeding my son some of the sandwich and what if that could have been in his throat instead of mine… I was so disturbed. If subway has a policy on deboning chicken then the employees should know how to do it properly...

I used to love this place but recently with the amount of staff that we can’t understand it’s overwhelming. I asked for a kid’s sandwich and we’ve gotten it here before. The lady cut them so short I had to let her know. She asked if I wanted a six inch. I told her no. I want a kids sandwich. She walked away and got someone else. The woman helped us but had an awful attitude. She made my sandwich so gross. None of the veggies were on the inside, neither was the Sauce. When I opened it when I got home, everything fell out. So disappointed to stop by Subway and get my Philly steak at this location. Some of the girls are very cold and unfriendly. They don't talk to you. They don't engage with you as a customer, They don't say Hi, Hello, Thank you or Bye. They don't smile at you, they do not care about customers. It is very uncomfortable to buy your food at a place where the employees are so COLD with Customers and unfriendly. I hope Subway one day understands that we are customers not Jail inmates AND we are paying for our food we don't obtain...
