Nope. Dutch bros (like all other coffee shops) is supposed to be known for its customer service. I pre-ordered in order to get to work on time. Got there about 15 minutes after ordering on the app went up to the window and a bro-ista (tall with glasses) tells me my order isnāt ready. So I proceeded to stand there just looking through my phone and was then asked by someone else if I had been helped. I gave her the name and the original bro-ista butts in to say (more rudely this time) āitās not readyā. The original bro-ista then came up to me and said "Um, so you are going to confuse everyone because you are standing here at the window". Thatās it! No, nice ācan you please stand asideā āyou can wait right over thereā Note: there wasnāt anyone else anywhere near the window. This could have been communicated so much better! So I went ahead and asked how much longer and she said it would be like 5 minutes (still with her attitude) I stood away from the window writing this review and it took about 10 more minutes more to get my PREORDERED coffee!!!! Please train your staff better!!! Simple customer service would have gone a long way in this already bad situation! One more note: I asked for 1/2 sweetness and my drink was...

It took me two times to recognize that this place is not properly trained for online orders. Both times we ordered for pick up were the same, we got there and our drinks were not ready, no big deal it's understanble. We waited over 20 mins and still no update or anything from the rep. and once I lost my patience and asked for a status on our drinks, I find out the drinks have been sitting there ready all along (ice melted and all). The reps lack customer service skills, no apology nor a single word from their mouth, literally just hand the drinks to us like it was a normal thing for her. The check-in experience is bad enough that the cashier has no idea how to do her job. She's completely unaware of who's next in line. Prefers chatting it up with the staff inside. Walk ups seem to be given priority over people who have mobile orders. Music is blasting like we're at a live concert and the drive thru is rough. The establishment is overrated and their coffee is diluted. Felt like I was drinking iced water with a subtle hint of coffee. Folgers coffee tastes better than this...and that's high praise for such a bad...
