Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

I don’t normally leave a review but today I felt like I had too. I always go to the habit at least once a week for lunch or dinner. I always have the most amazing service. This nice young lady Aliza was serving me today and he had help with another nice young lady I didn’t quite get her name but she wore glasses i didn’t quite see her name tag but it started with a Y. It seemed a little understaffed then what I normally see. After I got my food what seemed like the manager? Came inside she wore a blue shirt and has pink hair. She started yelling at her staff and they all seemed confused and looked at the others in the back. She started yelling let me find out who told I left. This isn’t the first time it’s happened the same girl is always out in her car or in the office. Especially when it is busy. Sometimes when I come in they are always looking for her and she is no where to be found for almost hours I felt so bad for these girls they are always so sweet when customers come in. There was a time where the manager took my order and she was absolutely rude to me. If it wasn’t for the young lady’s honesty I wouldn’t even go to that...

It was my first time there the food is good but when got the place was packed so we decided to try drive thru that was just as bad or even worse. Put it this way myself and my family left the car at the drive thru went to Target across the street did some shopping came back and the line hadn't moved. Don't get me wrong their burgers are tasty and when you go make sure you try their onion rings they are good. I'll try another day to see how busy it is, maybe the day I went was probably one of their busiest nights their is no doubt about it,and her I go again those onion rings are the best I've tasted around the area they have that Cajun style and taste. I know most people probably come on here to leave negative reviews but I was in the area and to my convenience there was a Habit Burger Grill!! The service was great. The food was hot and the shake was so creamy. It really hit the spot. I noticed it had a drive thru which Ive never seen a Habit with a drive thru before but i decided to sit in and have the full experience. The manager with the green eyes was very helpful and the cashier, I believe her name was Mary or Maria was so hospitable. Ill definitely be coming back next time I visit my family.
