Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

Had a long day just finished a huge load of laundry and it was 7:50 pm Sunday night in Baldwin Park where everything closes early. Thought oh I know I'll pop into Jersey Mike's Subs get couple of subs and head on my way. Mind you this is where "Jersey Mike's has always been about people. From being greeted by our staff when you enter our locations, to giving back to the communities we serve. If you need to get in touch with us, choose an option below - we're happy to serve you!" When we got there, there was a customer completing his order. So we waited 5 mins, then he got his order and went on his way. We waited about another 5 mins no one in line just 2 female workers acting like they were busy really doing nothing. Then a 3rd worker comes out the back and tries really hard not to make eye contact. Walks over to the other 2 tells them to make 3 subs for I don't know who there is no one in line. Still no one has greeted us and now we have to wait and watch them make 3 more subs (im sure another 10 mins.). So I turned to my guest and said let's go I am not waiting another 10 mins. So we left after waiting 10-12 mins mostly alone being ignored by 3 staff members. I also reached out to corporate with en email also to be ignored. My boyfriend, daughter & I have been customers of yours for many yrs. Through all this time, we've never tried any of your other sandwiches except for the #13 ORIGINAL ITALIAN, Giant, Mike's Way. Absolutely enjoy the relish, & how your staff never skimps on taste, flavor, or fresh ingredients. We're hooked on our favorite, delicious, tasty Italian sub. They're always clean, organized, offer friendly service, delicious food, & adhere to pandemic protocol. Started coming back to this location because a new location not far away was very light on the meats and has forgot the extra cheese the last 2 times. The 5 stars are for Dominic. Je had two people behind him working hard on very little and the guy dressing the sandwiches and working the register. I walk I'm around 2:40 pm and theres a line of people just waiting for someone to dress the sandwiches bag them up and pay. This dude before me has his sandwich sitting there for what seemed to be 7 to 8 minutes while this guy tried to figure out a coupon. The other guy gets back to dressing that sandwich which took about 5 minutes then another 5 minutes rapping it. Dominic got our sandwiches cut and ready for the dressing and the other dude is still trying to bag this last sandwich. By this time I there 15 minutes, the 2 guys that were working the flat top are MIA and another guy is in line. Dominic cuts that dudes sandwich, dresses both mine, and raps them. The other guy is just watching and Dominic starts preparing to get the last sandwich he cut dressed and I asked his name. That dude Dominic took control and made sure I would be back.
