THIS IS THEE ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBBINS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT DESERVES! DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I'M LATE IN POSTING THIS, BUT SINCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS ATROCITY OF A CAKE I RECEIVED, I FIGURED I WOULD SHARE MY STORY AND SHAME THIS ABOMINATION OF A RESTAURANT, IF THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL IT!!!! ON VALENTINE'S DAY 2/14/18, I SIMPLY CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT MY CAKE WAS AVAILABLE TO BE PICKED UP. I HAD PLACED MY ORDER 2 WEEKS PREVIOUSLY AND PAID FOR IT AT THAT TIME. SO I DIDN'T SEE ANY HARM IN CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT WAS COMPLETE BEFORE DRIVING ALL THE WAY THERE, AND THEN ENCOUNTERING A PROBLEM. A RUDE PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE, ASKING ME WHAT KIND OF ORDER DID I PLACE AND BY IT BEING VALENTINE'S DAY, HE WAS OVERWHELMED AND DIDN'T REALLY HAVE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. HE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT "YES" IT WAS READY, WITHOUT EVEN ASKING MY NAME OR SEEING WHAT I HAD ORDERED. BY THIS TIME, I HAD GOTTEN FRUSTRATED AMD ASKED COULD I SPEAK TO THE MANAGER...BUT TO MY SURPRISE, THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS INDEED THE MANAGER!!!! SO I ASKED HIM, WAS THAT HOW HE SPOKE TO HIS PAYING CUSTOMERS!! HE ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHO DOES THAT TO THE BUYING PUBLIC?????????????? SO I CALLED HIM BACK FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND WHEN HE PICKED UP, I INSTANTLY TOLD HIM THAT I WAS THE GENTLEMAN HE HAD JUST HUNG UP ON, AND THAT AFTER I GOT OFF OF WORK, I WOULD BE UP THERE TO RETRIEVE MY CAKE...WITH NO ISSUES!!!

SO WHEN I GOT THERE....THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED!!!!!!! I EVEN OPENED IT IN FRONT OF HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT IT DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE ONLINE PICTURE THAT I PAID FOR! HE THEN TELLS ME, THAT ITS THE BEST THEY COULD DO AND THAT EVERYTHING ISN'T GOING TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE IT DOES ONLINE!!!!

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I JUST TOOK MY CAKE AND LEFT......MIND YOU....WITHOUT CAUSING A SCENE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CALLED THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND MADE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT, TO WHICH I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO WAS SO SYMPATHETIC AND APOLOGETIC FOR THAT IGNORANT'S MANAGER'S LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. SINCE THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWN BUSINESS IT WASN'T ANYTHING SHE COULD DO IMMEDIATELY OTHER THAN DIRECT MY COMPLAINT TO THE OWNER!

I'M STILL WAITING ON A CALL FROM THE OWNER, OR A R-E-F-U-N-D...BECAUSE THIS POORLY PUT TOGETHER CAKE WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY FOR IT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

BUT I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON BECAUSE I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! AND I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 5 YEARS!

THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF HOW SMALL BUSINESSES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give a 0 if i would. Terrible service. First we get told yes they have a military discount then he starts yelling us. Prior to that he was so rude. So I told my husband just forget it and get the product then he hot even ruder so I said out loud it's OK I'll fill out the survey. If the kids didn't really want ice cream we would have left. Then to smack me in the face more I asked who took the order they had already heard I was going to do the survey who ever was at the window said we weren't rude we were just loud because we were trying to make sure you heard us. I said sure that's why they had an attitude. i gave them my card paid. They didn't give me my receipt I guess as their way of avoiding the survey. We just moved to the area needless to say that was the fist 40.00 I spend and the last I spend. I work for a company where I often buy large breakfasts, donuts and coffees for my employees. And it will never happen at this location. I will go as far as saying if the same owners own the one in Hunt Valley or Owings Mills it won't be me or any one I know buying from...

This caucasian lady must be new! Had the audacity to make my tea with her nasty unsanitary bare hands inside my cup🤔 Squeezing my tea bags as if she was home making a cup for herself🤔🤔🤔 I prayed it was not my cup... she drops the tea bag in the cup while squeezing it. Guess what she had to do to get it out of the large cup? Her whole hand went in for the kill 🤔🤬🤬 So I called her over to the window and asked was that my cup 🙄 It was my cup🤬👊👊. I said nope don't want that give me a cold tea instead. Im done. I love the short guy with glasses. He always on point! 😎😍 If he not there, they not getting my business😤.
