I originally came in on a Wednesday to get a fill in. It’s right next to my job so it’s convenient and they aren’t usually busy. I usually go to Lynn but this time she insisted i go to her sister. I listened to her advice and it was a terrible mistake. After being in there for almost two hours for a fill in with gel polish and my eyebrows $40 total; i left and the polish started to lift. I went back Thursday to get a pedicure and my nails fixed. Again Lynn insisted i go to her sister so she could fix her mistake. I told her take the color off since the original color was lifting. I had to pay $20 for a color change and the $45 for a pedicure. When i questions the price she said i got callus removal ok my feet and i insisted i didn’t. She didn’t believe me and started talking in her native language to her sister. She ended up refunding me $5 BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET CALUS REMOVAL.Again i was in there for 2 hours and not satisfied with my nails. I told Lynn i would come back Friday after work so she could fix them. The dark color(from the original polish) was still around my cuticles and the polish was lifting yet again. I come back Friday and was told I needed to come back in a hour to have their mistake fixed! Then Lynn act like she didn’t recall why i was back. I spend $100 on two services that are absolutely trash! Their is no way my nails should look like this after not even 24 hours! I will...

The customer service was terrible. My friend recommended this place. We go, 430pm to get pedicures. We wait, we are seated. While we were waiting to get our water bowls covered and filled, 3 more ladies comes in. There were already 3 ladies nearly done in front of my friend and myself. When it was our turn, our pedicures were rushed. My friend asked for gel, the lady misunderstood. My friend wore sneakers to the nail shop, she had to go purchase flip flops just to go home, because her toes were still wet. My person, rushed my entire Deluxe Spa Pedicure. He burned my legs twice with the hot towel. He filed my toenails the wrong shape and when he tried to fix it, he made my big toe crooked. And top it all off, we had to pay! I did not tip, will not come back, and will be discouraging anyone I know from coming here. Also when we calmly told the manager our complaints, she dismissed us with a giggle and said she could fix my friends toes...but we had to wait....

Went here yesterday after a great experience a month ago. This time around was awful ! I walked in and asked for a full set with the same length I have because my nails were beyond a fill in. I also asked for the gel overlay on top for extra security for my nails they said okay. The tech begin cutting the old nails off (not saving my length) and has my nails completely uneven. Then she puts an overlay with no tips mind you none of my nails are remotely the same length so I asked her stop. I tell her I don't like it this is not what I asked for the manager comes over and they argue with me about whether or not I said I wanted a full set. He offer to fix it and they still end up being TRASH!!!! I will never...
