When I walked in the restaurant I paid attention to the time and it was 8:15 and the restaurant closed at 9:00. I noticed this because they were already stacking chairs on top of the tables and I was worried that they were about to close. When I ordered my food the gentleman that took my order did not pay attention to what I was saying and there were several mistakes made. I did not get the sides I ordered at first I had to ask for them again I also did not get the biscuits that were included in my special. I did look and see that there were chicken tenders but when I got home I found out that I had only gotten 10 when I was supposed to get 14 in the deal that I paid for. They did not like paying attention to people when we were waiting for food I had to stand there for quite some time before anyone paid attention to me and asked what I needed. Since they weren't letting us sit in the restaurant I did drive home with my food and did not again notice that I did not receive all my food until I got home. But they were content to send me out the door at first without the sides and without the biscuits only the chicken and the drink. So I don't know if I would be willing to go back to...

I went through the drive through originally to order, when I pulled up to the window the clerk was more interested in the personal conversation her and her co-workers were having rather than tending to me. She then Informed me that there would be a three minute wait for my two shrimp tackle boxes, which was fine with me. After pulling into a parking space to wait for my food I had to use the restroom. I decided that while inside I would get my wife and myself each a frozen beverage. Upon entering the bathroom it was a complete mess. I then got in the line to order my beverages but the attendees at the counter seemed just as preoccupied as the attendees working the window. While standing there I saw my order being taken out to my vehicle, so after being ignored a few more minutes I decided to just leave, however when I arrived at the car my wife informed me they( we even though she asked the young man who brought out the food if they were in the bag) they had forgotten our drinks that came with our meals. I get that the printer sometimes doesn't work or tickets get mixed up, and I'm OK with waiting a few minutes when that happens. What I'm not OK with are people just throwing random stuff in a bag rather than taking an extra 10 seconds to read a ticket. The guy at the counter today at least packed the correct amount of chicken and fries, but he did not pack any of the 5 biscuits, forgot 3 of 5 sauces, and gave mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw!!!
The restaurant was not busy when I picked up today, and my receipt was given with the order, so it wasn't stress or mixed up papers that caused the error.
