As a manager and person that has been in customer service since 2009, the lack of professionalism was not acceptable. When I first walked in, i thought I was walking into a family gathering. The waitress greeted us but didnât offer a drink menu. Had to ask for it. We asked if she could come back so we could get the payment together (due to you have to pay for the food right then and there). I timed her and I had to go get her so we could pay. She was on her phone on social media. It wasnât crowded for her not to be aware. Also I donât like that you have to pay for your food right then and there. What if I want another drink or something else to eat? If dine and dash is an issue or concern, then just take their cards, like how they do a tab at the bar. That way itâs guaranteed. Not gonna have my card lock up on me for multiple transactions. The food was excellent !! The chef should never be fired lol. They donât have plates neither. This place is just opening and I know itâs gonna take a min for them to get a good flow. But a bit of advice is work on the customer service. This is a black owned business and I WANT to see it succeed. I WANT this for her. We are harder on our own people cause we donât want to give others a reason to say blacks canât be successful.    Read moreHello I visited yesterday for the first time. It looks really nice on the inside. However everything was just so unorganized from the check in process outside. Security pick and choose who they want to search and let others walk right on in. Threw my vape away at the door. Thatâs was unnecessary. Then once I paid my $21 to get in. Why are we being taxed on a fee to get in ? Got inâŚit was still early so it was easy to get a section. Sitting over there with my family itâs about 4 of us. All the service girls just walking back and forth. Now mind you me and my family been sitting there bout 20 mins no service, nobody check to see if we good or if we need anything. Another two young ladies came in and sat in the same section as us. Before they could even sit down a service girl came over to them and took there drink order. Brought there drinks back and everything still never asked if we needed anything. Bout 35-40 mins later one service girl did walk over and ask me if we been helped yet. I said NOOO. She goes give me one second and never comes back at all. All this to say I waisted my money and time visiting this location. I was so excited to visit this place but never again 2/10.    Read moreI was there this past Saturday for a birthday party. The vibe was cool and it got packed quick which I love but the service was terrible. One of the girls kept forgetting to bring us our drinks. Another girl put our food order in at 8:30pm and we never got the food. She kept telling me the kitchen was backed up but everyone that ordered after us got their food. The manager came out at 9:45 and said she would get the kitchen to push our order out and offered us a free drink. We all asked for strawberry Henny. When we got the drinks there was no Strawberry just henny. And more time had passed by then it was 10:45pm and still no food. So at that point I requested a refund.
