I do not recommend this place. I have bought a refrigerator and a gas stove here without problems. The place seems to be under new management/ownership. I bought a washer and dryer set two weeks ago and the dryer has already died. They sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. They told me they would replace the faulty part and that's been it. And they do not seem concerned at all about getting a replacement part. I've followed up with them twice about it. All they've said is that their parts source won't answer the phone. I tried to get a return and they are putting up a fight about it. I must say I have never been more pleased in my life. I normally work with a company in Virginia, but they stated they do not deliver to Baltimore. So after Googling and searching for another vendor. I came across this company. I was greeting d with the most pleasant voice Rosenell. She assisted with my request. Sight unseen just pictures. I took a leap of faith and made the purchase and scheduled the install and delivery. My tenant was more than please. They were quick and respectful.
