Abosouly worst service by Our waitress. She took order, never came to refill drinks or check on us. Sharonette was other server (Great server), she was trying to cover all the tables, hers and other one. When we got food our server did bring it, but it was cold and very bad quality. Again our server never came back to table. Sharonette again came by to check on us. When we asked for check our server would not respond or bring it to us, Sharonette came by three times asking if she had brought it. My husband stepped out and called Mgr. Elizabeth Spencer, was told someone coming down to speak with us, we have already waited 45 min plus for that person. Sharonette finally was able to cash us out, we tipped her! While all of this was going on we observed our server eating ice cream in prep area, flipping her hair (guess she had new doo, drinking in prep area, filling shakers, made herself a salad, enjoyed it too, flirting with the pro drivers, and talking on phone, pretty much anything but her job. You need more employees like Sharonette! And I would also mention the gentleman stocking the salad bar, he was very friendly. Unfortunately, the horrible server will detour us from eating here again. After 5 phone calls (us and employees), "the mgr" i guess does not exist. They have not shown up and mgr. Elizabeth Spencer will not answer her phone at all now (us or employees calling). Too much work for the couple of great employees they have. The mgr needs alot of work and to be trained in public relations, not to mention they need to revamp their hiring practices not just any body. Getting off soap now, just remember if going to eat here ask for Sharonette!

Wow what an experience! Came in to have breakfast, as we have to wait for some paperwork. Will NEVER come back! Rude server from the get-go. Thinking this server should really use some pen and paper to remember the orders, or at the very least listen when the order is given. Two orders for standard omelets, came back to confirm toast preferences. Turns out, when order comes out, it's the wrong bloody omelet (not even close) rudely takes plate away disappears. Second omelet that was ordered had sliced cheese on a two cheese omelet, no other cheese present. While sitting in restaurant, observed three other orders either forgotten or messed up completely. Well first. I ordered bacon with my biscuits and gravy and rye TOAST. Simple order. She forgot. So I ordered again. No biggie. Twenty five minutes later she comes over sets it down and walks away. Drink was empty. No bacon. As she's walking by I asked if they forgot the bacon and she said she did. Then asked me if I still "actually" wanted it. Nope, and she walked away. THEN I grab my rye. And found out it wasn't toasted. Wasn't buttered. Drink still empty I finish up. Can't find her anywhere. I finally ask someone to get her and she brings my bill up and says whenever you're ready and walks away. So I get it together. I waited. And waited. Finally set down the money, walked out.
