Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

I came in this Dunkin Donuts it had a line with about 7 maybe 8 people in it. So I was going to leave but the guy on had the line moving. I had to wait no more then 2 minutes but in my head it felt like 20 minutes the smell of the donuts was drving me crazy I love Dunkin Donuts. When it was my turn I order the munchkin and a sweet tea got my donuts and had to go down to the other end of the countertop to get my tea. I don't think I need to tell y'all how good the munchkins was, I did say am in Dunkin Donut. How can you not love this place. I was kinda impressed with how long the line was n the crew that was working was doing a great job. Then I also had took a look because as busy as they was the store was nice and clean too. By far the worst customer service! This review is solely on the service received from the manager. He is not accommodating when it comes to honoring a promotion. For example as a rewards members once you reach 200 points you get a free beverage. I requested a large caramel iced coffee. He required me to pay $.45. Although the amount is insignificant, it’s the principle. He stated that caramel is extra. I only drink caramel iced coffee and have Never been charged extra at this same location. I purchased one every day last week and was not charged for caramel. If there is a fee then make sure all staff is on board with the fee. Ms. Donna who works there is absolutely stunning. I love great customer service. We came in, she spoke. She said how y'all doing? Nobody never speaks when u come in there. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my iced coffee. The first young lady DID NOT listen to what Ms. Donna said. Soon as I saw my cup I knew it was WRONG. Ms. Donna immediately fixed it and apologized. Went back a few more times and each time she's in there it's a breeze. I hope the owner sees this and appreciates her efforts and hard work. We need more ppl like her in retail. As long as she's there I will definitely visit this location. The one star is for the location. It's annoying to come somewhere and people are begging...
