This establishment is trash! The food and service I have received today match so they do het five Stars on being trash! I ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food today and I called to speak to the owner by the way she stated she is the owner who picked up. I informed them if my discrepancy about the rice being old and the shrimp were so mushy and the chicken from the general tso was so hard dried and old as well. The only thing that had a great taste was the ice cold can soda. I ate none of it I wasn’t given any option to return the food or have it re made she simply barely spoke even after me saying this is not quality service you have no empathy at all for my bad experience and she was so nonchalant barely said any response eventually after silence a few times from her I said are you listening to me do you care wow this is not acceptable I won’t come back to this place or anyone with the name. I suggest you not come either especially to have no regard for hard earned money being wasted. I know when my food is poor quality and this was definitely old food there’s no way it’s fresh at all. She tried saying I cook fresh everyday I have so much to cook ….that’s a contradiction in itself but okay instead of saying you messed up and offering some assistance with my issue I was ignored. Good take out. Good food. Friendly people. I ordered the chicken w black bean sauce and egg roll. Delicious. Wish it was a tiny bit spicier. But some places make their sauce less spicy because I’m sure a lot of people don’t like it too spicy. That was my fault for not asking for it to be spicier. Other than that, It was fresh and delicious. I will definitely order from here again and recommend it if you’re in the area! Also the lunch portion was very big! Definitely worth the money. I witnessed a man stating he didn’t receive 4 of his wings with his order, the owner was determined that he was lying. The guy seemed to be a professional mature man. He also stated that he was a regular customer, he left and stated they just lost a customer. Not that it was any of my Business, I explained to the owner that majority of her business is from people of color and she treated her customer like she could care less. We should demand a certain level of respect when we spend our hard earned money. Folks please realize you will no longer deal with us that way. I was a regular too and they just lost my business.
