I purchase a catfish combo where all my food tastes like salt salty it did not taste like catfish in the french fries 🍟 too, then the two piece of bread was soaked in grease. So I didn't even taste the cold slaw I just threw their way too. When people is or was coming into the store they were already being rude and disrespectful.Also when I called☎️ the store to talk to the manager he hung up on me. I was already home 🏠 and I wasn't going back outside so I just wasted 14.88$. I wish I had took a picture of it but I already put it in the dumpster. Not a safe place to be when waiting or picking up an order. Fights. Police. Crowds of people not even ordering from any stores in shopping vicinity. I attempted to make an order on Monday April 12 the young man who took my order over the phone was very rude it was as if he was rushing me through my order and all I wanted was the two for special. After realizing the lack of appreciation for my patronism I decided to call back and cancel my order due to someone letting me know about their bad experience and also after trying to give them a chance having a bad experience of my own. I called an order in for catfish nuggets approximately 35 minutes prior to closing. I arrived with in 15 to 20 min. The cashier said “we threw away your order cause it was cold”. He then asked if I wanted anything else I said yes I can do wings just 20. Gave me the total then I asked well is this discounted since I called prior and drove from west Baltimore to east Baltimore. He then started rushing me since they were closing and that wasn’t the type of professionalism I was expecting. My entire mood switched, I refused. I took my business elsewhere.
