Giant Food — Local services in Baltimore

The grocery store is wonderful. However a lady named celeste that works in the pharmacy is not great. Waited in line to get my prescription that was called in 2 days prior. When it was my turn i gave her my info and she told me to have a seat and it would be 15 minutes. After waiting 25 min i ask whats going on and im told i need to get back in line. I explained i had already gone through the line and the lady celeste told me to sit and wait. Celeste was no longer behind the counter at the pharmacy and the other lady told me she would see what was going on once she finished helping her customer. Once she was free she looked back and asked the pharmacist for my medication. He pulled it off the shelf, and turns out it had already been filled 2 days prior. First time here. Everyone was pleasant and nice. They say have a nice day! Store very clean. The only issue I have is the Giant Food ad doesn't match the prices on the store. Eggs were $9.99 a dozen for large. Ad said 8.99 for Eggland Best. Of course, none to be found. No Giant brand 1/2 gallon low fat lactate milk. Italian sub rolls were $3.99 at the bakery. I was charged $4.79. Butter was $3.49 sign on shelf. I was charged 4.99. I only bought one as stated. The dog treat Soft and Chewy by milk bone was marked down to $2.47. Horrible, I stood in line for 15 min at customer service to get a $1,200 money order and a pack of cigarettes for the women working behind the counter to tell me she's closed for 30 min that I can wait if I'd like smh come to find out it was the store manager telling me this...
