Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Baltimore

I decided to visit this restaurant location because its location is on the route I travel to take my wife to work, and return her home. I arrived at the store around 5:45 pm thinking I had plenty of time to order and receive my family meal before leaving to get my from work. I placed the TAKE OUT order at about 5:46 pm. A few minutes later, the counter person asked how long for more chicken. Ten minutes was the answer. That was okay with me. I had the time. Then a few more customers came in. They were picking up phone orders. Then came more picking up called in orders. They forgot about me and my order. Never mind the fact I played $32.33 for my order. I stood in front of the counter and when acknowledged, asked how much longer I had to wait. I really wanted my money back, but figured I would vent another way. Long story short, five minutes later I had my order and was on my way out of the store. Forty minutes passed from the time I entered the store. I will NOT visit this location ever again. Now I usually don't post reviews. However this time is a must. My daughter and I as well as my co worker wanted some popeyes. My co worker wanted some mac and cheese and they didn't have any. Nor did they have any greens. I wanted 6pc boneless wings and large fried for my daughter and I. Keep in mind before I placed my order I asked if they have it. 10 minutes after placing my order. The manager tells me I have a little problem. I don't have any more chicken for the flavors wings. I laughed and said what. He then repeated. So I asked well can I get the bone in flavor wings. He said we don't have that either. Like how are you the house of chicken but don't have chicken. He said we are waiting for it to thaw out. Like how my guy, and you guys been open for over 2 hours. I went there to eat in and this tall dark skin girl, look like she's between the age of 22 and 25. She was the cashier that waited on me. I made my order and she took it with no problem. When I ask her for a tray, she ignored me and walked away. This is not the first time I asked her a question and she just walked away. She loves to ignore people. So Very unprofessional. The attutude is bad. I asked the other lady do she have a tray and she said they don't have trays any more but there were orange trays laying around everywhere. Stay away from this popeyes because too many employee there that don't care and lie. I also ask the tall dark skin girl that look like she was 22 or 25, how much for a refill and she said no refills. I never went to a restaurant that don't have refills. Do go here....
