Parkside Shopping Center — Local services in Baltimore

After going to 2 other Giants to find a particular item, I end up at this one at Parkside Shopping center. I was asking for a rain check for the product and this is what happens The first 2 pictures are of the two workers who specifically said "I will be right over", however was having a conversation that didn't have anything to do with Giants customers. Rose's is in a shopping mall,great parking. Inside the lines long, it's very hot, most of the items did not have prices.. makes it hard to shop, the bathroom was fairly clean overall. At checkout card machine would not work credit so I had to put in my passcode for debit because it was holding the line.. they definitely need to service the card machine and air conditioning with a few more employees. This place needs more help, it was discombobulated, messy, no structure and the lines were closed. Only two representatives were there with two lines open. One to return any items at Customer Service and the other to purchase your items. You couldn't find anything to be honest. You had to search for everything on your own. Just need more assistance inside of this store. Signs needs to be put up in place to help you locate what you are looking for. ...
