OMG!, I wish I read reviews about this place before I went. Seriously! That store needs to be CLOSED. Very very HORRIBLE service, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. The color in the mood chart was not the same they brought to me, all I asked was to choose another color, and the tech was extremely inpatient. She was yelling and shouting at me. Oh my! I felt like crying. I don't even live in that neighborhood and I was just looking for somewhere to do my nails real quick. Extra charge for mood colors! She even cut the skin on my fingers multiple times and tried to cover it with polish. The man in the store even responded so poorly, instead of reprimanding the tech to stop yelling at me, he was not. I wish there's a way not to give them a star or take away some of their stars. PLS AND PLS, DON'T FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID, DO NOT GO THERE. IN FACT THEY DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS RUNNING. INDEED...

Worst place in the world. A friend and i got our toes and nails done feb 2021 .... For one it was not worth 2 hundred something dollars and 2 both us caught an infection .... She had pus hangnail blister from them digging to deep and cutting her using an unsanitary nail supplies..... We went back for her not knowing i had an infection as well and when other customers started to be concerned they asked csn they clean the product off b4 using on them and they said NO U MAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .. For then me to find out months later that i have been dealing with a very bad fungal infection from the last time i got my toes done in feb... The infection spreaded to my whole body then passed it down.... To my bf nd daughter my feet and body started breaking out in what doctors thought was hives but turned out to be a fungal infection i have atleast 4 infected toes that was never...

A simple pedicure was all I wanted. My tech clipped one side of my big toe and proceeded to tear it off. an I stopped her and asked if she knew how to clip toe nails? I was instantly cut off by the owner who yelled, " she do nail everyday" clearly she knew she was wrong because while looking at my toe and spoke another lanugage to her employee. My tech grabbed a file and tried to fix the damage. Not looking forward to an ingrown. Rainbow Nails in Parkside Shopping Center is discreet but not professional and the technician are inexperienced but hide it with age. The owner is more intrested in being down and getting smarting than actually having customer service skills. More upset with myself for not sticking to the norm. First and last visit.
