King Wok — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered this order before 3 times and it was great...but this LAST order today, the food is absolutely tough and dry. I always order near the afternoon but I should have known to not order in the morning because it could be left overs or food sitting out because people might not buy Chinese food early in the morning.

I called the restaurant to ask to get a replacement of my order because i order 3 boneless ribs with rice and it was tough, a 5 year old cant even eat it and not even me.

The restaurant said No and all they can do is give me more sauce which is weird because i ask for more sauce before and i would pay for it and they denied that and said they don't give extra sauce for boneless ribs...but now they are willing to give it to me.

And i said that extra sauce will not fix the toughness of the meat and they didn't care...they will not give me a replacement of the orders.

I do not have a car to take the items back to get the same order, But i was willing to take the bus and spend a lot of my time to get a replacement of the food and bring the 3 tough food back.

I wish they was more professional and the rudeness on top of it made me not want to order from here anymore.

JUST KNOW, once they have your money...they don't care whether you...

Buyer Beware!! The King Wok delivery driver arrived and proceeded to honk his horn for a good ten minutes outside my residence. He not only upset me but annoyed all my neighbors upon arrival. His delivery car happen to be parked in the middle of a one way street in front of my home. Guess, he didn't want to get out in the cold. There were no visible delivery markings on vehicle. The driver finally made his way to my door & proceeded to yell at me. I contacted the manager (not sure, that I was actually speaking w/the manager) and she was just as rude & combative. To add bad to worse the food was INEDIBLE. The spare ribs were way over cooked & tasted liked leather. The dumplings were made w/mostly pasta. I threw the entire order in the trash. What a waste of $20. This was my first & last food order from King Wok...

Food is good depending on what time of day you order its better in the evening hours I would like to say that they find a way to charge you for every little thing even after spending over 50 dollars on one order I was charged an extra 1.50 for substituting brown sauce for white sauce and they barely gave me any white sauce on my shrimp and broccoli wven after payingthe additional fee. Overall I was satisfied with my meal but would like the owners to know that you will loose customers for nickel and diming them constantly as well as the ongoing unprofessional attitude that you can see from their responses here. Very stingy with sauce packets. Lots of room for improvement in the aspect of customer service. Food is...
