I know this location is new to the drive thru life. But when you have nothing but the drive thru open you would expect no problems. Mainly because you don't have to multitask drive thru and dine in customers. My family and I live in the area so we decided to walk to this location. When we arrived the dine in area was closed. But the employees allowed us to order at the drive thru window. While waiting for our food 2 other customers had a problem with their order. But the lady at the window handle the situations beautifully. My family and I recieved our food and said thank you and started to make our way home. Getting all the way home we realized our order was completely wrong. Even though our order ticket said exactly what we wanted. So we took the order all the way back to get it fixed. When getting there the 2nd lady (not the original lady at the window) told us that she couldn't give us what we wanted because the 1st lady rung it up wrong. An it would cost us an extra 5$ to get what we wanted. First of it wasn't a customer error. It was an internal mishap. Secondly me as the customer should have to be subjected to fix something that we had no control over. When the order was given is when all the problems should have been fixed. Not when I get home come all the way back and have to deal with now horrible customer service. An pay an extra 5$ for something I didnt do wrong. Anyway at the end we recieved the correct order with no extra charge. I gave them 2 stars because the way the 1st lady at the window carried herself and kept with good customer service when customers (not us) decided to be rude to her. No i will not recommend coming to this establishment after the dine in area is closed. Drive thru is definitely...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I went the the Popeyes located at 5002 York Rd 21212 in Baltimore MD between 1030pm and 1035pm. I pulled in the drive thru and the automated voice started and gave the specials of the day. Lastly, it say how may I help you. No one answered. I sat there and said hello a few times into the mic box, still no answer. I proceeded to drive around to the window where the worker had her back turned towards the glass. I blew the horn to get her attention & asked were they still open and taking orders ( the billboard sign the drive is open until 11pm). She looks up at what I believe to be a clock and says yes. I say I would like to order and as I'm talking she says, "YOU WILL NEED TO GO BACKNTO THE MIC, BECAUSE I CANT TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW". I told her that I was just at the mic and no one answered. She again said that she couldn't take my order at the window. I said ok but they're ppl behind me, I can't back up. She said, well you will have to go back around because I can't take your order at the window. Woooooooooow! I said no problem, I'll be reaching out to corporate. Her response was ok, you do that as she closed the window in my face. Worse experience there and I was a frequent customer. Do...
Read moreI haven't been to this location in decades, so this was my first time trying them since I moved from the area and before they had a drive thru. So, me and my mother tried this location around 9ish Friday night. It was chilly and raining so we 'tried' to use the drive thru, well upon our discovery the drive thru was down. DOWN!!! Brand new, mind you and it was down, not sure why it was down, and i know it wasn't because they were closing in another hour and some change. Moving on to going inside, the smell of chicken was in the air. My mother ordered her food and when I ordered a 3 piece, a breast and two wings (you need 2 to equal one, if you know you know) they told me they were out. Excuse Me!?!? How is a chicken restaurant OUT of a certain piece of chicken. I didn't get an estimated time on how long wings will be out, nor was I offered to get their party wings in its place, which they had mind you, but nevertheless I just ordered a breast and thigh and went about...
