Maillard Patisserie — Restaurant in Baltimore

It’s chic and modern, going for a floral artsy patisserie kind of vibe. The food, the Lox, had a soft balance of flavor, a subtle taste though it left the feeling something needed to be warm when served. The coffee does lack in variety but that’s their intention, or so I understand. If you’re coming to order a mocha white latte with almond milk, wrong place. (they did say they’re are getting an espresso machine within the next couple months) They have milk, oat milk and simple syrup and some teas but not chai. I'm not a big fan of croissant in general, but I tried a couple and shared them with a friend, and we both found them very tasty. I prefer their sweets selection. The macarons are out of this world good and i have enjoyed some of the other sweets. All good. In my opinion, both the product and service are excellent. I will be returning to check out some of the other patisserie. I watch those baking shows, and here's a place where I can actually taste what I'm seeing made. I'd recommend this...

First-time visitor here! Wont be the last. DELICIOUS almond croissant, just absolutely perfect. I was so surprised. Also, the scone was delicious, crunchy on the outside...perfectly made. My kids loved the everything croissant filled with creme cheese. Friendly staff, really cute shop.
