My visit to this McDonald's certainly did nothing to uplift previous experiences here. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:42 p.m., Sunday April 21st. By 10 p.m., the line was around, into the parking lot, and no one had moved in 15 minutes. Customers began to drive away, and I followed, drove around the building to exit at Moravia Rd, and it dawned on me I could go inside. When I approached one side of the dual entry front doors, it was locked. Thinking perhaps for security reasons they locked one side, and left the other unlocked, I approached the opposite door, and it too was locked. The sign clearly states they close their doors, or close facilities at 11 PM. Seeing a customer inside, I went on the other side of the building to the doors there . I noticed, though someone 2aw inside, people trying the doors, and turning abruptly to leave because doors were locked as well. I drove back around the building to exit onto Moravia Road, and I noticed the drive through only had one car. I proceeded to go to the drive-through, and it became my turn I was told to wait a moment. 5 minutes passed. As I'm looking to see what I'd like to order, I asked if there was a reason why the doors were closed. The person taking my order stated they should be open, and she did not know why they were locked. I drove around paid for my meal. I was told I needed to wait because the person preparing the meals had not prepared the order correctly. While I'm waiting for my meal, I saw a gentleman who apparently works there come in with his jacket on having entered from the doors that were locked. As I sat in my car waiting for my meal, other people were driving through to place orders, and apparently having waited at the drive rmthe, they parks to go inside the doors only to find they were locked, and it was no where near posted restaurant walk in closing. What kind of business is this? Where was the manager in all this? It was apparent no one inside had a clue as to what was proper. The management in this facility leaves a lot to be desired oh, and has been this way since I've moved to Baltimore. This is but one of the reasons why I limit my visits to this particular McDonald's, and choose Burger King several...
Read moreIt is crazy to me that this is the 3RD time I have ordered delivery from this specific mcdonalds to get my child a happy meal for dinner after a very long pressing day of working both my jobs...my son specifically asks for which toy he wants (the crocs key chain because he wants to collect them) and for the 3rd time he has gotten Pokémon cards!!! What is the point of the app allowing you to pick which toy the kids get if the people packing the boxes don't read what it says. The happy meal box right now even has the crocs logo all over it...THEN for one better...I attempted to call this store to ask if there was a reason why they are not putting that toy in there (mind you we physically went to this same store driver through in between these orders a different day and they gave us the right toy...so they weren't out of them) and this store DORS NOT ANSEER THEIR PHONES. I called 4 times and it just rings and rings and rings for like 5 min and then hangs up. So what's the point of the store having a number if jo one answers. I realize this is such a small thing but to be honest...for a hard working single mom with 3 jobs just trying to keep it together and the one small little thing my baby asks for is a little happy meal with a toy he wants sometimes when I'm so exhausted to cook...and I can't even give him that. I just don't understand. They should take the option off the app to choose the toy if the workers do not read...
Read morePretty bad, even for a fast food joint.... I first waited at the drive through for 10 min and then I went inside as the line did not move. I spent another 30 min inside trying to order a double cheeseburger and fries. Literally. The place is full of workers with unfocused eyes, pupils dilated, and they all move as slow as possible.
The place also doesn’t allow self-serve soda or drinks and there is no condiments station. Once I finally received my food it was another 10 min to get a couple of ketchup packets. To get their attention you have to wait on the order food line again. The workers also don’t stick around when they call your food - even if you were able to immediately request everything needed to eat your meal.
One last point: part of the hold-up in the restaurant was due to issues with the drive-through service. About 4-5 customers inside the restaurant came from the drive-through to get their orders fixed. The workers were not only slow to get the food out, but the orders were frequently wrong as well.
It’s almost an afterthought at this point, but the burger was so dry it was almost inedible and the fries were double-cooked/heated so they were quite hard to chew as well. I’m almost sorry I didn’t get a drink, but that probably would have been another 30 min to deal with that. Definitely never again. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much...
