By far the worst experience I ever had ever in life. To start off I made a mobile order but I didn't want to put the order through right away so I can tell the cashiers I want it fresh. When I pulled up to the intercom nobody greeted me, they still appeared to be conversing with another customer. Then silence one of the young ladies I spoke to was very disrespectful and nasty when I tried to explain to her that I wanted my food fresh. She got another young lady which later I found out was the manager and she wasn’t no better. I pulled around to the pick up window and I specified that I wanted my food fresh. The young man told me it was so I live literally a few minutes down the street once I pull over to check I noticed the nuggets tasted like they dropped them on the floor and they was cold. My double filet of fish didn’t have my pickles or extra tartar sauce as requested. So I went back around and spoke to the manager named Denise she still was very disrespectful and rude and told me to pull around to the window. When I pulled around she had no recollection of my order and I specifically told her I asked for my order fresh and I ordered a Ten piece nugget, and double fish filet with extra tarter and pickles. She had a attitude and I observed her through the window smiling and mingling with coworkers. So once they brought my order to me I checked the nuggets were fresh but they gave me a single fish filet. So she told me to pull around the front. The young man that helped me the first time brought my sandwich out and it didn’t have pickles on it. At this point I’m beyond frustrated I asked the young man was the cooks under the influence he laughed and said yes probably. Very uncalled for if that’s the case and it needs to be addressed. I asked him for her name he made claims that he didn’t know because he just started. I expressed my concern and I told him my order is now messed up for the third time what will be done for my inconvenience? He told me he will see, he came back out finally with my correct sandwich and said the manager name is Denise and she said you don’t get nothing. I find that very rude and unprofessional. She is the leader of that shift. If something goes wrong it falls on her. She does not have the right attitude nor customer service skills to fulfill that role. Customer service and management is about problem solving it shouldn’t have took 4 times for me to get my order corrected. I would suggest cooperate step in and put her in training...
Read moreSo I ordered Breakfast for me and my child as she has been diagnosed with Mononucleosis and has been struggling to just eat Anything; Especially in the mornings because some days she can't even wake up in the morning. But she Loves McDonalds Hot Cakes, Sausage and Hashbrowns and will eat them even when she isn't feeling well. So since the Mononucleosis has made her lose 3LBS and her Doctor says just let her eat Whatever she is willing and able to eat....McDonalds it is!!
And My Experience At THIS Particular McDonalds....Was....Meh....Fine. The Big Breakfasts for my little one to have for today and tomorrow were Good....But the Hashbrowns And my Steak, Egg and Cheese Begal were extreamly greasy. Furthermore the main reason this review is being written I ordered a Vanilla Latte, With 4 Creams, Whipped Cream and Chocolate drizzle as my own special treat to myself. What I was given was a cup of Black Coffee. No cream. No sugar. Nothing. ((The First Photo.))
Now because I placed the Order on the App and had my Bestie run and grab it for me while they got themselves something; This meant they had walked down and walked all the way back home here before I saw that the order was wrong. The reason for the 3 Stars is because when I called for a Supervisor I got one and she professionally handled the situation giving me the option to have my Bestie come pick up a freshly made Latte....OR I could get credit for one. My Bestie aggreed to get the new one and took a pic to verify. ((The Second Photo.))
So it is ONLY because of that Supervisor that this McDonalds gets a 3 Star. But yeah....They consistently have problems here getting orders right ESPECIALLY it seems with Drive Through Orders and Online Orders. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this location. But it IS the first time that I have called in about it. Because I am real serious about My Lattes. I dont buy them often and when I do its just alittle something I am getting for myself as a treat. So yeah....Annoying Experience Made Better By An Efficient Supervisor Who Took Responsibility For Her Subordinates Mistakes, Which I Can Respect, So Again 3 Stars.

I walked in at about 7:30 because the drive thru line was around the corner. I walked inside where there were only a few people ahead of me for the breakfast rush. Only one register was open and it accepted cash only. A male worker stood next to the cashier cleaning the ice cream machine without gloves. After waiting ten minutes, I was finally helped where I watched my order sit and not be bagged despite it being completed. To the point, and simply, the worker observed was everywhere except where she was needed to get orders out to customers. I watched her make only one set of hash browns before walking away to talk to the line crew even though there were several cars and nine people waiting for orders. She filled orders incompletely, because many complained out loud in the restaurant. She was slow and acted without consideration of the amount of people waiting for their orders. After I received my order, I waited several more minutes for my iced coffee as I watched the same worker, aimlessly walking around and seemingly without objective approach the cashier. She asked the cashier, who was already dealing with a line of people that again had grown because of the inefficient use of time, whether the cashier was going to make my coffee that would complete the order I'd already been waiting 15 minutes to receive. Again, the cashier was absolutely swamped and the cashier did not even respond. The worker, seemingly and reluctantly, finally made my coffee.
