Bought bkfst meal and iced coffee this AM.when arrived on job had a sip, flavor was sour milk, smelled the drink, confirmed...had coworker smell and before the was 6" from nose, they shook their head and said ,"that's sour milk". Called and spoke with someone who said they were a mgr. Person said,"when you bring it in we will fix that for you". Awesome, I came in over 1/2 hour lunch and it took 26 minutes to finish ( poorly). When cashier came to find out what I needed, I explained, she stared at my receipt and slowly handed it back and asked if I wanted a, "fresh drink"...yes. done. A mgr steps over and reviewed situation with her, left, tasted drink in lot... not sweet, burnt coffee flavor and no caramel flavor. Back in for fix up. It took 3 of us calling out to people, 4 ft away for someone to turn and acknowledge. mgr came over and I requested 1 pump of syrup since it was not sweet, she told me I needed to stir the syrup at the bottom ( shook and stirred with straw already) she takes my cup and say I will stir it and gives it back...I am finished with the whole ordeal. I take a sip...stir burnt coffee without caramel flavor, but it does have a new grittiness when I drink... Read moreService here is consistently horrible on the morning shift. Everytime I come here early in the morning 5am-ish the young lady with the horrible acne is always very rude. Today was my last straw. I ordered my breakfast and my coffee lid was not put on tightly so needless to say the HOT coffee spilled all over me and in my car. Pissed but I still waited until the drive thru line was empty and when I go back I said excuse me the coffee lid wasn't on tightly so the coffee spilled can I have another cup, she never opened the window....I didn't even complain about the HOT coffee that spilled on me....she looks me dead in the face, pours the coffee and walks away. The older man that was SUPPOSED TO BE making the food was eating and shoving food in his mouth without gloves looks at me and I said excuse me can I have a replacement cup of coffee....he licks his fingers then proceeds to get my coffee. I said sir you didn't even wash your hands do you have gloves, with an attitude he says NO.....Just give me my coffee so I can go. Super pissed. I won't be spending anymore money here! Don't get a customer service job if your attitude SUCKS! Management needs to do better...
Read moreThe customer service received today was poor. Mistakes were made on behalf of the employees. There was no accountability or apology. Manager, Avery, apparently didn't want to address my concern but was more interested in what the receipt said. I ordered a Fish meal and a Fish sandwich w/plenty lettuce & onions with a Mango Smoothie. I received one with little tartar and one with regular veggies. The lady at the pick-up window, Sidel, said she could not give me more lettuce and onions and needed my sandwich which I didn't feel was necessary. The other fish with little tartar was returned with so much the 2nd time that it was falling off. I asked for the manager, but she hesitated and asked me to pull up. The fish was again sent back again with little tartar. The manager sent employee, Jasmine, back out to my vehicle (who was helpful) to check my receipt to see if it showed "little tartar" which it did, instead of coming to speak with me as requested.
