McDonald's — Restaurant in Baltimore

This place went under a new rehab a year ago and improved the overall look of the restaurant BUT what has not improved is the workers and management nor the food. I order from this location offen and I have two main issues. First is the food. I can not seem to get anything I order there to be consistent. It's either the order is not as ordered or the french fries are cold or no salt. Once in a while I'll get a fry that's hot and salted. I order a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and it's most of the time not added. It's so frustrating to NEVER get consistent food there. My second issue is STAFF NOT COMPLETING ORDERS! I have had to come back to get an item at least once a week. I don't understand why they don't check to make sure the order is completed so a customer don't have to walk or drive all the way back to get it WITH NO APOLOGY. I don't even care about the staff and how unprofessional they are on most days. They are school age kids with no real understanding of how to work in a professional manner and with the management not demanding a degree of respect you get what you get. I have never left a review for a company in my life but today I feel like it’s warranted. This location is hands down the WORST location in Baltimore. I only go to this location because it’s the closest to me but after today I will gladly take the ride to a different one. The staff is overall unprofessional. I’m not expecting Chic fila service but to give me an attitude because y’all simple @sses gave me the wrong order is ludicrous. The slowest service ever. You will wait 15-30 mins for “fast food”. Doesn’t matter if its morning or night. A long wait only to receive lukewarm food at best 90% of the time. SMFH Will serve you hashbrowns that have been refried (crunchy as hell), smallest portions. Please just throw this whole location in the trash at this point.

Well everyone loves McDonald's, but I will say that I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received, the last time we were there the manager was extremely rude and very disrespectful to me and another person who asked for something to be on the side or something that isn't that serious and he apparently went through drive thru had to come in and ask for it the way he ordered it and she actually told him that she was not doing it, he should've ordered the way he wanted it the first time and when he explained that he did most certainly tell the person taking the orders how he wanted it she literally said " tough s* you can get the f* out of her store and threw his entire meal on the floor" ..
