Where do I start? I was just there around 1105 pm on August 14th,2024.
I saw 2 Cars Dr. before me and leave fast. I didn’t wanna know what was going on. I waited till I I parked on the side so I could order on the app. My app came up to $22 and.1cent I give the skin African American female the code Which was YE21 , The young thin African-American female then tells me to wait she pauses then after a few moments like maybe a minute or so she told me that the order was canceled. I look on the app it doesn’t say canceled. I believe that she canceled the order on purpose when I get to the window, she didn’t have my receipt ready and then she went and get me a receipt Does basically losing ink and then she tells me all we gotta wait to midnight shift. There is food, but men have got to come so you’re not so you’re gonna stop serving people until midnight shift comes on it was 11:05 PM. You still had 55 minutes to do work. This is an acceptable is totally highly unprofessional. I’m afraid if I go back to my place something my food I don’t know what’s going on, but the manager needs to contact me directly because I need my refund of 22,001 penny hope I get my refund when I come back from vacation in about eight days I want my refund this is unacceptable poor trashy service. I’ve worked in the fast food industry when I was younger. I never provided service like that. I never had an order canceled from the app. She said it’s nothing she could do for a third-party app. My council has -$20 and one cent that’s crazy .
National manager of the manager of this McDonald’s I need you to ASAP contact me because I want my money back. I feel this is the unprofessional day very unprofessional because of two cars before me they drove fast and left. I wonder why they’re getting information of like all we’re waiting for midnight shift that’s unprofessionally can’t do that, all I know is that I can’t give this McDonald’s a good review because of that lady she had like some type of wrap around her head and she looked tired. She she was very slim. I mean if I see her again I’ll recognize her. this is ridiculous. It should not happen to anybody. I don’t believe I’m gonna get a refund. I believe that my money was taken for me . I have not gotten a meal for my money. I need McDonald’s to get it together and get back to me I won’t leave my number on this site but as a way as well as a way to get back to me please because this is unacceptable unacceptable. Read moreNow I probably have ketchup running through my veins. Lol. My first job in life was McDonald's. We had to take all kinds of training before we were ever allowed to do anything. We used to have these things called s o c or station observation checklist that made sure we stayed on top of what we learned about food safety. Also the order of things is very important to McDonald's. The drink is made first the sandwiches place in the bag and the fries list along with for each sandwich one napkin and the condiments as per requested. SMH. All this training has gone to the wayside. Training seems to be a thing of the past and I am personally have to say it shows. I read somewhere that we become weaker and wiser. Yes we have machines doing a lot more for us today, but good service is one of the things that we've lost because of it. Almost every McDonald's that I have gone to you see somebody who is upset at the counter he doesn't want to be there taking your order saying can I help you with a tone that convinces you they don't want to. When you place your order very early do you hear the upsale or suggested sale, what you hear is will there be anything else with a tone that sounds like they don't want you to make it anything else. And God forbid you go to the drive-thru before closing but late at night you will hear for only taking delivery orders or our systems down and we'll have to wait an hour or two before it's up. McDonald's you used to set the bar for high standards and help young people set the tone for their work life that is ahead of them. I can see now why we are suffering every aspect of customer service. The bare minimum is being done no one looks forward to helping you, and God forbid you ask for a smile. Well they may have got the tricks right they may have got the order right they got the spirit of helping us all wrong. Come on McDonald's step...
Read morePulled into drive thru late, saw a cat, no- a rat run from the direction of the store to the outdoor waste bin. Just off work, too half-asleep, I still ordered. Medium fry, ICED sweet tea. They kept handing me straws with yellow stuff on the paper and the girl was laughing saying she didn't know why and got new clean ones. Pulled off. One swallow of tea- one swallow of lukewarm cleaning chemicals with a sprinkle of ice cubes and undissolved sugar on bottom of cup........... Swerve around. Back at window- told story. Reply was "What do u want in place of it?" "Coke." Stomach now painfully bubbling Gets coke, tried WHILE at window. Tasted like lukewarm unfamiliar watery AND FLAT brown soda with a few ice cubes thrown in after soda was poured in........ [Picture the process at a soda fountain, it will come to you.] I (lying) said it was fine (...again, too tired), pulled off throws it out window highly upset. "Oh yeah, I have fries, this should go much better, I'm SO hungry. Bites fry...strange musk flavor. Before I scream, try another... (Pls be mindful of my being TOO TIRED after working 12 hrs before u judge me) this fry was shriveled up and more yellow than usual- threw it aside somewhere in bag, eats next fry- not fresh and hot, but normal. Eats another- CANNED DOG FOOD, MILDEW, 48 HR ARMPITS, MOLDED ONIONS, ANDREW ZIMMERMAN'S FART IN A JAR- You can't make this stuff up. By the time I got home, green-faced, I (am not pregnant), threw up for 5 mins straight (not normal btw). I prayed before I went to bed that I wasn't apart of some disgruntled worker pact or attack, afraid to go to sleep for fear of not waking up, but I lived to tell the (TRUE)story. SAVE...
