Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

Today I went in to order my subs. There is this young Puerto Rican girl there and she is the nastiest girl. This is my 2nd time her n I had words. I had things in my hands n placed them on the counter. She said I had to come down to where she was to order my food. No one was in the store. She asked me what kind of bread I want where I was still standing at. She made my meatball. But my 2nd sub I wanted a spicy Italian but wanted mayo on it 1st. She heard me because I spoke loud enough but she ignored me n said I have to walk down where the meats are. She told me she will not make my subs n she don't want to see me in the store again. I told her, if I want to come in the store to order subs, it's ur job to make them regardless where I stand at. She NEVER finished making my sub n I cant home and called corporate. This is the 2nd time this had happened. What she don't know, I work for subway cleaning their offices...

Love subway but the owner/manager,was very rude,I went in around 3pm and order 2 sandwiches for myself and my brother,food was not fresh at all,we both got super sick and couldn’t sleep from the stomach pain we had,I got in contact with the store and they offer me a free 6inch sub,this experience been horrible so we decline the free sub and for our health we will make sure to never visit this location and warn as many people...

Placed mobile order at 12:20pm for pick up at 12:40. Arrived at 12:40 and food was not prepared. Ignored by employee for 5 minutes. Interrupted to ask about my order and was told that their mobile orders were not working, there is no manager working, and I should wait in line.
