Mochi Teriyaki — Restaurant in Baltimore

I was here visiting and wanted Japanese food. This is the only place within reasonable walking distance. I got their sushi and sashimi dinner combo. they are surprisingly decent. The owner/cashier was nice and friendly. when she saw me fishing for the change, she told me $32 was good enough (my meal was $32.50). i like owner/cashier like this. they don’t get too cheap on pennies.

the two little girls (of the owner?) were cute and talked to me a little bit while i was waiting for my food. I would come back here if i visit baltimore again and am in the mood for japanese.

This is my first time ordering from Mochi Teriyaki on Doordash. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki with Lo Mein, they sent fried rice, shrimp teriyaki with fried rice, fried chicken wings with fries, and carrot cake. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp teriyaki with fried rice, and the fried chicken wings were delicious. My sister wanted the lo mein noodles, so she wasn't happy because she doesn't like rice that much. The carrot cake didn't have the nuts and pineapple like most carrot cakes. It was just carrot. Great portions and very delicious!!! Ordered Beef and Mushroom Yakisoba for $8.55 and two bowls of Miso Soup for $1.50 each. The yakisoba is loaded with lots of meat, mushrooms, and other vegetables. And the sauce is a wonderful blend of sweetness and saltiness. The soup is so tasty, with just enough tofu and seaweed (?) to make it so satisfying.
