Sonny Nails — Local services in Baltimore

Customer service was horrific. When my friend and I arrived, we were asked what kind of service we wanted then we were told to have a seat and wait. At that point there were 3 clients ahead of us(the wait didn't seem too long at that point). While waiting, we noticed a few people come in and get serviced ( before us)😒 no one said anything. There were 3 techs in the entire shop, one was doing pedicures and one was in the front, another tech stayed in the back area until someone asked for her specifically. Our turn finally arrived and we were told that we had to wait longer due to a 'regular' client's need😡. No one mentioned to us that we'd have a longer wait time for a random Walk- in that had been there before... The shop itself was dirty. Very unkept, outdated, with unprofessional service... Please keep in mind that your experience may not be the same as mine was when I visited, but If you prefer quality,...

Sonny is nice but the efficiency of the shop is not up to my normal level of service expectations. My daughter and I came for pedicures and we booked appointments in advance. The technician I had refused to set my daughter’s water up until she was completely done with me. I asked her twice and I was very annoyed by this refusal. She could’ve been soaking while they worked on me. There are 8 pedicure chairs and I was the only person occupying one. When they did finally set her up, it was not in the same chair I was in so it’s not like only one chair was being used today. I was very annoyed by this. Our normal one to one and a half hour pedicure date turned into 2.5hrs… I’m undecided if I will give them another chance. The service itself was nice but something about the energy and inefficiency that didn’t sit...

I usually come here to get my nails done, but not anymore. The last time I was there I was getting my nails done by one of the nail technitians, her name tag read Khang. She kept cuttin the sides of my skin with the nail filer. I told her to stop it hurt bad and was bleeding! She replied "oh the skin on your fingers are too thin." I let her know that the other nail salons I go to don't cut my skin! The she said " well maybe you should go there next time" She is the rudest staff member there. Ive never had a problem with any other worker there but HER. Its too bad they are not too far from my house, but the rudenesd of this lady has made them...
