Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

On my birthday my agency from CA ordered me a large pizza from here. I decided to pick it up since I worked at JH Bayview. I came in early for pick up and I saw their ad for $10.99 XL 2 toppings pizza. So I asked the lady if I can cancel the order, put the money back to the credit card which my agency used for payment and I'll pay it with mine and place a new order for that special price. She asked the "manager", I guess his name was Nelson if I can do that, he took over and did my order. As he was talking to me, he was RUDE and wanted if I can still pay extra $5.00 for tip which my agency added. NELSON!! THIS ISN'T DINE IN OR DELIVERY! I PICKED IT UP SO BE ASHAME TO ASK FOR TIPS! ITS UP TO ME IF I WILL GIVE YOU OR NOT! As he was doing the transaction, he madly ripped off the receipt and threw it on the side. I'm not sure if he refunded back my agency with the money or not because I didnt hear anything from them. What a shame to have an employee like this with an attitude running your business. Ordered online. Delivery address was a distinct and prominent business clearly visible from the road with large signage and just a matter of probably 3 blocks from restaurant. Delivery address was typed in correctly, 5100 Eastern Ave. along WITH BUSINESS NAME. Time goes by and I finally get a call from the driver saying that he is outside. Nope. He is at the wrong address. I explain the physical appearance of the building. 10 minutes go by. Another call. Nope, wrong address. I explain the physical appearance of the building to him again. I call the store and explain the situation. What should have literally been a 3 minute delivery drive time has taken 20 minutes. The driver finally shows up, no mask. Shows me the receipt with my name, but no business name and the address on his receipt is 5100 Eastbourne Ave. NOT EVEN CLOSE. No compensation from the restaurant for a 20 minute late, warm and soggy sub. Little voice told me not to order from there. I should...

I have been to Seasons Pizza several times now which in itself lets you know that I have some positive things to say.

First off I like the clean modern look of the building from the outside. The interior has a warm feel with wood tones and autumn colors. They have 3 aisles of seating and the place is never packed as they do deliver so most people use that option. When I go back I'll get pics.

But they are missing out on the attention paid to plating and serving. For instance I ordered the turkey club and it came neatly cut into triangles pinned perfectly together with toothpicks. And it was delicious!

The vegetarian white pizza is so good I have to give it a special shout out. The menu is full of vegetarian options, and the company stresses its use of fresh, unprocessed ingredients. You can taste the difference.

Prices are reasonable. The only inconsistency has been the service at the register, but it has never been bad. They get and deserve a 5...
