Roma Pizza, Subs, Wings, Pasta, and Seafood — Restaurant in Baltimore

The pizza is awesome. But everyone on the delivery team is awful except one younger guy. We just had a guy ask if we were coming out to grab our pizza... in the rain and dark... across the road nowhere near my apartment because he couldn’t read the giant numbers on the front of the apartment apparently and it inconvenienced him to drive the 2 feet into the parking lot. The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened. We normally have a younger guy that delivers it to our door with a smile. He’s great... but he’s the only one.

We’ll be buying our pizza elsewhere now. Excuse me while I spit in this pizza and punt the soda cans that are never the sodas I ordered...

Make that MINUS ONE. Delivery guy was a real jerk. didn't bring soda with order AND was supposed to bring it back. Never returned. Called to find out why AND the delivery guy said he was TOO busy. I ordered so much they knew my order by heart. I ordered this time because I was sick at home. That is the last time I will order from them. I HOPE THE DELIVERY GUY WITH GLASSES IS TREATED BAD WHEN HE NEEDS SOMETHING. I hope others stop ordering from this place too. What comes around goes around, and returns ten fold. Eventually this jerk will get back what he did to me. I'm unable to go out and all I expected was what I ordered to be delivered. I GUESS THAT WAS TOO...

Awful customer service and food ,when placing a order for a chef salad and 6 honey okay wing all flats well done,I came home with a chef salad with no egg , regular honey BBQ wing after being told the delivery guy took my food so I ask the man who took my order,do Roma put an egg in a chef salad,the answer was yes but we ran out,I the Custer said you should had said you all don't have eggs and let me consider if I want it or not and still did not get my all flats well done.I will never spent my hard earn money to be disappointed again...
