Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bangor

I go to this Dunkin' 7 days a week. At least 5, if not all 7 days my order is wrong one way or another. Usually it is the coffee that is wrong. Their is even an employee there who, yesterday made it quite clear to the rest of the staff that my coffee is wrong almost every time I order and its the same coffee every day. Most of the time they do not put the turbo shot in it. Sometimes they give me decaf instead of dark roast, the cream is forgotten pretty regularly too. The majority of the staff are great. Their is one older lady who works the morning shift that is always rude. Especially whe. I ask for my coffee to be fixed. It is so bad that their are 2 staff (one Rachel and I cannot remember the other ones name) that stand there while I look over my order so that they can immediately fix it. Went in the other day and had to wait for someone to finish talking about beer with the cashier while he waited for his order instead Of standing where you wait for your food/drinks so other people can order. When he finally left, I walked up and the cashier didn’t even look up or acknowledge me I had to initiate the interaction. I ordered a refresher and they were out of the ingredients so I ordered a different drink and she read me back a completely wrong order. When I got my order I asked for whipped cream and was schooled about how it costs extra and I needed to ask when I ordered because it only comes on “fancy drinks”. This is my first stop right out of the airport !

I fly into town to visit family. I have been stopping here for decades now.

I live in the south and we didn't used to have DD any where around. So, too get my fix, this is the place !!

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My mom would call ahead and see if they had my favorite donuts in stock. If not, they would makes some up !! Oh, gosh, such a nice thing to do !

Of course during my stay we'd have to drop by a time or two. Might not always be this one, but this is if def my First and Last stop in town.

The store is always clean and service is great. No issues.
